Great place to stay, specially vacation Excellent hotel with great gym. Downsides are that ironing in laundry room and upstairs restaurant didn't have excellent service, so that is why 4 stars.

Everything was in order, clean, and the facilities were good. There was no one there when we arrived, and we checked in on our own using the screens they have at the entrance. Quite intuitive.

We really enjoyed the social hub. The atmosphere is relaxed, with a nice mix of students, tourists, and digital nomads. The rooms are spacious, and despite the central location, it's quiet. Parking is next door, and the rooftop terrace on the top floor is a perfect spot for drinks and snacks, with a beautiful view!

The NH Maastricht is a somewhat dated hotel. However, the rooms were clean and nicely spacious. The staff was very friendly. Our air conditioning wasn't working at first. After a brief notification at reception, a technician came and fixed the problem. The location is good. The city center is a few minutes away by car.

They weren't prepared for the large influx of groups. The European Hip-Hop Dance Championships were being held at the adjacent MECC! At check-in, they said they were surprised by the large turnout. Long lines for breakfast, all the tables occupied!

The room is very clean and the windows can be opened. The windows are very large. It is very convenient to attend the exhibition next to MECC.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the train station, just a street away, and the bus station is also opposite, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and a supermarket across the street. There's an elevator, which makes getting upstairs very easy. The breakfast was also good.

Had a pleasant 1 night stay. Location is perfect and breakfast was good. One point to note - parking is available but it's paid.

Good location, nice serving and clean room. But the facilities are really old. I think the most modern thing is the LCD TV. We have to said the room and the reception are nice and helpful. They are willing to answer questions and help to solve your problems.

Noise during the night. Could not sleep. When complained to front desk they acted as they do not know about it.  No shampoo or conditioner , only body gel

A decent choice for business trips. The parking lot is across from the hotel. The facilities are comparable to a typical 3-star hotel in China, nothing special. The location is quite easy to find, so it's recommended for business travelers.

The sink is clogged and drainage is difficult. If the shower enclosure glass is only half-closed, the unblocked water will run onto the bathroom floor, causing slippery conditions.

My family and I were very satisfied during our stay. I love the aroma of shampoo and showergel from Rituals. With them I don’t need to bring my personal shampoo and shower gel anymore.

The hotel is quite far from the train station, taking nearly half an hour to walk. The gravel road is inconvenient for luggage. There's only one bus stop nearby, with infrequent services. There are also few places to eat or drink, making it inconvenient. You have to go back to the train station to get anything. I found the room and spaces very clean, the staff were attentive and the new staff they were training were doing so well. This didn't hinder or slow the service at all, great experience all round. The pool was so enjoyable, it being surrounded by trees and plants was special and calming. Like a tropical getaway but close by a lovely city. The food was outstanding- that dinner chef is really talented...

It's located a comfortable distance from Maastricht's old town, surrounded by a cozy and quiet environment. The breakfast is basic and delicious. Recommended for families and business travelers.

This is an excellent hotel for a relaxing stay if your work demands a lot of your attention. The hotel rooms are very comfortable.

Very nice hotel, easy check in and out, friendly staff, clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms, awesome rain shower, great location between the train station and the downtown area. Nice breakfast, didn’t have dinner on site. No exercise room but access to a nearby gym.

Room was rather tired. The sink tap was not in the correct position and the sink plug was sticking and not properly maintained. The glass screen on the shower was sharp and needed a soft edge to mark the position as users could walk into it as it was difficult to see.

Pleasant, comfortable room. Convenient for tye local music venue, and only a few minutes away there was a good selection of places to eat and drink (until late if wanted), plus a handy local Spar for everyday stuff and good breakfast offerings!

The hotel is quite well located because it's centrally located, but it's difficult to access by car, so you'll need to budget for a large parking fee. Loved this hotel, the Bluetooth speaker in the room was a nice touch. Bed was incredible comfy and I slept well. I was surprised that there was no fridge in the room but I do not see this as a problem.

Price was too high according quality. Very small standard room and the bathroom was so small we could hardly move around. My husband hurt his toe because of that. I chose this hotel because of the style and the location, which was perfect. But overall I wouldn't come back because it's just not worth this price. Also a shame there's no lobby or café.

Not an easy hotel for someone with walking needs, (which I did declare in my original application). However the staff were EXCELLENT, especially when I arrived and had payment struggles. The room was clean, but the level of noise was unacceptable (a generator??).

Ideal location, right opposite the train and bus stations. Staff very helpful. Small room, coffee/tea making machine in room is not provided as standard (you have to pay for this) and also need to pay for water bottles in room. For one night stay it is manageable as shops are round the corner.

The lobby and front desk staff were very nice. Due to a system issue, my reservation wasn't confirmed, so I didn't end up staying there, but they helped us find another hotel closer to the city center.

This was a perfectly lovely hotel, well located within Maastricht. The bed was very comfortable, and the room well appointed for my needs. I also appreciated being able to turn on the heating after a long day walking around outside in the cold. The staff was also lovely and kind.

Room was just ok. No where to put your clothes. Walls were at an angle so you could not stand up straight in the shower. Blower dryer was terrible. Bed was comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly.Would not stay here again.

Excellent location 4mins walk to everything worth seeing plus supermarkets etc. Reception staff excellent. Downside no lift just steep stairs. Never mind. Ask for room 814 (first floor figure that one out!) because you get a 25 sqm open balcony where we consumed far too much wine!!

We had a great time. Easy to get to form Q-Park De Griend, quiet and near the station. Service was top notch. Baby bed costs extra, but was prepared for us. We will come back for sure!

Walking distance to market and restaurants was close. Only issue we had was airconditioning is unable to be set below 20 degrees so was quite stuffy in room. Could ask for key to open window however key was missing when we asked so unfortunately had an uncomfortable night sleep. Otherwise bathroom facilities were excellent and room serviced daily.

A beautiful, atmospheric hotel where you'll feel transported to a cinematic setting of yesteryear. This hotel is highly recommended. The location was excellent, but on Friday it was noisy until around 4 or 5 in the morning, so I couldn’t sleep very well. The room that didn’t face the main street was quiet, which was nice. The room itself was cute, like the kind of attic-style apartment you’d live in if you imagined living in Europe. But it felt more suited for younger people. The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious...

Convenient location, close to the market Square vibrant even in the spring showers. The left was out of service during our stay, but the staff was great about helping us trundle the luggage up and down a winding staircase that served our room.

This is a fantastic hotel! The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a comfy bed and all the utensils in the kitchen you could need. There is a frear balcony and lots of things to do.

No airconditioning, but the rooms were nice. Got locked up in the pool though.

The place was great but the staff and the rules were not. First one bathroom had no toilet paper and the other less than half a roll. I asked for some and they acted as if I was lying and gave me 1 roll and said when I was out I had to go buy some. That is not a “resort” normality. They also charge you a cleaning fee at check in but require you take out the trash (okay), load the dishwasher (fine)...

The villa is relatively small, with two bathrooms and the bedroom on the second floor. All of them have sloping roofs and are relatively low. The towels are very old and the sheets have holes. It is not far from the city. When I arrived on the first night, the door lock was broken and it was far from the front desk. After more than ten minutes, the staff helped to open the door. Expecting a 1 bedroom apartment - getting a house. Very nice living room with views over the Golf course - and it seem even to Belgium. Kitchen very well equipped with everything but salt and pepper. The beds were super for those who appreciate very soft beds as was the jacuzzi and sauna. Unfortunately the sauna was needed during the nights as we only were offered summer quilts. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and is located in a green location just outside of Maastricht. Unfortunately we were welcomed during check-in by Ferdinand who clearly had a bad day.He was not so friendly, and agitated to guide an intern. Despite all of this we enjoyed our stay. We stayed at this venue because we were attending a wedding there. It’s not very convenient if you don’t have car and transportation to town is limited. We were not big fans of having to go to a special ironing room to iron our clothes. A bit stingy for the price: they do not clean the room or give you coffee pods during your stay.

Considering the price, we expected a bit more. The room was small, with no bath and no refrigerator. For that price, we expected a bit more.

Great Hotel in a wonderful old Château and a amazing park around. To the city of Maastricht about 25 minutes by bicycle. We missed a kettle and some coffe/tea and a fridge in the room. apart from this a very nice, modern room and a good breakfast. Try the bistro in the historic part of the hotel with high quality dishes.
