2 hours for 2 course lunch is too much even if it is “gastronomic”.
But the bottom was when a waiter explained the meal in the most posh way possible. “…and lobster”…. And there was actually no lobster in the dish. Oops. They had forgotten the lobster in a dish which was called “salad with lobster”.
If this happens, you get this dish for free. Sometimes also a compliment. We got our lobster pieces on the encouragement that “this is more than standard for this dish”. I was in heavens from rare luck!
Yes, it was “gastronomic” food but even taken the time off it was not top. So sad for the establishment which looks so good but turned to be an empty entourage shell.

It was soooo great to stay there.....In the middle of the nature and have a nice fresh air.The apartment room was excellent! The breakfast was incredibly delicious. The staff were absolutely friendly. Everything were perfect and good timing.!

The location is very convenient (a few minutes off the A79) and sitting on the edge of town, which allows for a quiet atmosphere. The conference center and coffee shop are well appointed and outfitted with modern conveniences and options for any meeting size. The team supporting the Chateau are excellent and provide high quality service with speed and efficiency.
