We booked spontaneously while driving from The Hague to Maastricht and didn't arrive until around 9:30 p.m. Despite the late hour, we received a very friendly welcome.
The room facing the garden was spacious and the bed was very comfortable thanks to the topper. Breakfast was served with personalized attention and provided a great start to the day.
There's even a passion fruit tree in the garden - a small, special detail that makes the stay even more pleasant.
The center of Valkenburg is within easy walking distance, and free private parking is available directly behind the hotel.
We would gladly stay here again if we ever visit Maastricht or Valkenburg again.
