Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found the room to be very unclean. The cleanliness was far below what I would expect from a hotel of your standard. This significantly affected my comfort and overall experience during my stay.
I chose your hotel expecting a basic level of hygiene and cleanliness, which was not met. I believe this issue should be taken seriously, as cleanliness is a fundamental part of guest satisfaction and health.
I would appreciate your acknowledgment of this complaint and an explanation of how this matter will be addressed. I also believe some form of compensation or goodwill gesture would be appropriate given the inconvenience caused.

Don’t pay the extortionate prices of Amsterdam Central. Stay a little further out and sleep in peace and quiet.
But i wish they have coin laundry Bar or service.free storage luggage and updated events during our stay isa Plus.
Hotel’s location is very close (7-8 mins on food) to Sloterdijk Station which you can have access to train, metro, tram, public and international bus.
The room was clean. They changed the towels and cleaned the room on the second day. The bed was so comfortable and big enough. There was also a microwave oven, fridge, kettle and coffee/tea bags…
The only missing things are air condition and hair dryer.. there was a fan which works but seems mot enough to cool down the room.
If I come to Amsterdam one more time, I will stay there again.
