Nightmare DON'T BOOK. We lost 350 pounds since we didn't stay a single night after seeing the condition of the room. The first room had very questionable stains all over the mattress and most importantly hairs (looked like pubic). We asked for a new room. The reception guy was not amused but gave us a new room. It still had hairs but we didn't want to ask for a change again. Then we saw google reviews (Booking.com reviews are misleading) about bed bugs. We didn't even want to be in the dirty room after that. It was not a cheap hotel to book and the photos are misleading. Too small , dirty and outdated. We got scammed for the first time by both Booking.com and this hotel (we are seasoned travellers). Never again using Booking.com 😒. They dont help you. Thank goodness for airbnb. We booked a new hotel immediately and had a clean, luxurious stay in that place.

Great budget hotel! Friendly staff and super helpful. We were upgraded for free when we arrived at 10.30pm no problem. Bit of a trek from the city centre but if you're reading this you already know that. Perfect water pressure in our 3rd floor room.

Nice little hotel. Very clean. Balcony with chairs to view the garden. Bathroom configuration a bit tricky but works. Convenient to Amstel Station and markets.

This hotel was overpriced and extremely small. The room supposed to be for two people was so tiny that we could barely fit.
To make matters worse, the room wasn't clean. The shower didn't close properly, causing the bathroom to flood every time we used it. Additionally, the safe was broken and didn't work even after we asked them to fix it, which made us feel very insecure.
Considering the price, I expected much more. I wouldn't recommend it.

Basic and functional clean room. Good aircon. Excellent location. Theres a grovery store in the same building and several tram stops near by.
The bad: the bed was hard as a rock and several small things were broken in the room, such as lights and holes in the bathroom door. Also the floors were extremely squeaky and you could sense and hear every footstep taken in the hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, a 4-minute walk to the tram, turn right and it will take you to Rai station, you can go from there to the airport, it's not far, about 10 minutes by train, and turn left and it will take you directly to the center. What could be better than this? There are halal restaurants next to it, two supermarkets, and a laundry. I think it's excellent, and next time I will book the same hotel. Thank you, and I forgot the young men at the reception, an Egyptian and a Yemeni, who were very helpful and didn't skimp on anything with you.
