A conflict occurred among the actual booked room and the room we got at check-in. There was some miscommunication between hotel and trip.com but I got compensated for the same by Trip.com.

Room was not clean, floor was terrible.
Also we booked with 2 kids, infants, 0 and 2 years old.
Which they knew when we booked, no elevator!
This is like a hostel, not 3 stars

Actually a nice hotel with somewhat chaotic management. We had booked a double room for two nights, but since none were available when we arrived, we were given a triple room. We were then told that we would have to move to the double room for the second night. Not a huge problem in itself, but when we were told the next morning that we couldn't get in until 3 p.m., we lost our patience. This needs improvement.

The room itself was okay. Great balcony (cigarette butts and trash should be removed from the awning), very small shower, comfortable beds.

The rooms are only accessible via a steep staircase. Something to be aware of beforehand.

It's right in the middle of the airport and downtown. Those who are busy can walk to see the city and visit the Van Gogh Museum.

The bed is uncomfortable and the room is full of bugs, indicating poor housekeeping. There's no elevator, and the stairs are very steep and narrow. It's very hot inside, there's no air conditioning, and the fan only moves warm air. They offer water at reception, but it's warm, so drinking it isn't appealing. The location is pretty good, though.

+ - Morning crew was excellent (they speak Russian) - Breakfast OK - Patio - OK - Park nearby - great
- - The hotel advertises as having a dedicated parking spot/garage - this is not the case. We were told by the night receptionist to park outside (60EUR/day)
