The stay was perfect, everything was great.

It wasn't great that my room wasn't ready by check-in time, but seeing how thoroughly they cleaned rooms the next day, I figured a slight delay was understandable. Plus, everyone was really friendly, which was a nice bonus.

Nice little hotel conveniently located close to a lot of attractions such as museums and canals for boat tours. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Shopping is literally on the same street.
Staff was friendly and happy to help with all the requests we had.

The bed was absolutely terrible - it wasn’t even a proper mattress; more like a cot. We didn’t sleep well at all which is unfortunate given our lengthy travels. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Overall a pretty decent stay, room was adequate but there was no A/C meaning the loud fans had to be running all night and our fridge wasn’t working. The duvet had some small yellow and red stains, and no one was at the front desk when I went down to try and get a new one. Room was a bit cramped but the location was amazing!

Due to an accident, my train was cancelled as the the tracks were closed. Requested many times but hotel never considered any of me requests and charged me the entire amount for an unused room for 2 days. Very terrible service and very rude behavior
