Reviews
From the start, the conditions were far from acceptable. There was no proper ventilation – the windows couldn’t be opened and the toilet had no window or fan, which made the space extremely uncomfortable and stuffy. The air conditioning was broken, and even after reporting it, nothing was done. We had no choice but to leave the main door open for air, which felt unsafe and completely inappropriate for a paid accommodation.
On the final night, things got even worse – a mouse appeared in the room, got into my luggage, and chewed through food I had bought to take home. I had to wash everything I packed due to hygiene concerns.
I suffer from an anxiety disorder, and this experience triggered a panic attack. The combination of poor hygiene, safety issues, and lack of ventilation seriously affected my mental wellbeing. It was supposed to be a relaxing break and instead became an extremely upsetting experience.
The property has not responded to my messages, and I feel completely let down. I’ve also contacted Booking.com but have only been offered a small goodwill gesture and told to chase the property myself. Very disappointing overall.
Avoid this place if you care about cleanliness, safety, or even basic comfort.
The overall room experience was perfect: very relaxing, warm, with every basic thing one might need during their stay.
Would definetly recommend!
The apartment was exactly what we needed for a nice holiday, despite the weather. It was clean, cozy and really warm. Great view just across the Nemo museum and 10 minutes walking to Red light district.
It was a self check-in apartment and everything went smooth exactly as described.
I would come here back anytime!
