We had a pleasant stay, but a few things were a bit disappointing, such as the shower (door) which was very short, causing the bathroom to get wet in no time, and the bottles of shampoo/conditioner that were empty. Also, the options downstairs in the mini-market are minimal and virtually everything is processed/sugar-filled. It would be to the hotel's credit if there were more healthier options for...

Great option for business trip

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful hotel. We slept wonderfully, and the staff were very friendly. A 5-minute walk from the tram stop.

The overall feeling is good, but parking is a bit expensive. In addition, the road is under construction, and the navigation to the hotel always fails to reach the destination, which is a bit of a bad experience. Everything else is fine. The beach in The Hague is beautiful with a little temper. I like it!

The hotel is at a great location near most of the tourist attractions. Service was good. I was a little disappointed by the breakfast. Selection is not great compared to my other hotel breakfast experiences. The hotel only services your room once every 2 days so if you need cleaning you need to inform them.

The room cleanliness isn't up to the price or standard you may expect. Blood stains on the pillow case, hairs on the chair. Plus we have broken a glass and went to inform the cleaning lady and apologize for that. Room wasn't cleaned after that she just removed the broken glass that we have maanged to 'clean'. Nice luxurious hotel in the heart of the Hague with an astonishing view of the centrum.

The room decor had a distinct Dutch feel and was very cozy overall. The staff were also very welcoming, though I was a bit unhappy with being on the first floor. I had a really excellent stay here! The staffs were very nice and kind. The room was spacious and toilet was really clean too. I also feel safe around the accommodation as to get into everywhere, you need keys - so it makes me feel safe. There is also free laundry but can be quite full as the place seems to be full of students as well. However I have a pleasant sleep here. I will definitely stay here...

I travelled a lot and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Location was super convenient, just few minutes walk from The Hague HS train station. The room and hotel's amenities are all perfect. There are couple of Dutch waffle to try which made the hotel even better. Francesca at the reception was extremely professional and took care of guests very well. Overall, 10/10!

Very weird staff behaviour, ive stayed more than 3 times in this hotel. Never answering the concerns, as a frequent traveller tried to modify stay date staff didnt accept the request, nice approvals with not feedback. Early morning, cleaning staf will start throwing brackets and mops in the hallway to make sure you wake up early

Loved staying here over Christmas. Stayed on the 7th floor and the view was amazing. The staff were all really polite and helpful, special shout out to Cher (I hope that's the correct spelling) who checked us in.

The hotel is good location. However does not meet normal Marriott standards. Feels like a cheap two star hotels. The bed is ok but infrastructure is old. During the stay, it is strong wind outside and all the windows are shaking creating noise all night … only recommend to stay if weather is good or you need to be next to station.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at for this price range. The front desk first assigned a room that was already occupied, then the replacement room had unusable power outlets, and the final room was missing slippers and bathrobes. Communication was also ineffective—even after we showed the staff our bath bag to explain our request, they misunderstood and still only sent over slippers and bathrobes...

Disappointing Stay in the Corner Suite Booked the Corner Suite with Club Lounge access—expected comfort and style, but left disappointed. Room was large but dark and poorly furnished: just one chair in the sitting area, no minibar, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The hotel is just one metro stop from Rotterdam, but it's also a short walk, less than a kilometer. The pedestrian street is nearby, and the Markthal (Market Hall) is also less than a kilometer away on foot. The location is excellent.

An OK hotel I visit often on business travel. Restaurant for dinner is surprisingly good and the staff there are also polite and mostly attentive. Breakfast is mediocre with something that pretends to be scrambled eggs but most probably came from powder in a bag. Some of the rooms are in bad need of renovation. The air in the rooms is quite dusty as I guess the carpets haven't been properly cleaned...

Nice hotel. Unfortunately for me the pace in which the staff run around the bar even when not busy shows a lack of experience and ruins a relaxed environment. The young bar manager seems to have his staff on edge. Not a pleasant bar to sit at even with low traffic.

If you're ever staying in Rotterdam and have a car to get around Holland, this place is perfect. Family friendly, quiet, beside the zoo and lots of parking. I visited the Leonardo Hotel with my 10-year old daughter for two nights and we loved it. The people are very friends and helpful. We had a very nice room with a view over the city and a bath. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. And it’s nice that there is a swimming pool. Tram 1 stops directly at the hotel, so it’s easy to go to the city center or to Scheveningen.

I liked that there is a very large selection in the breakfast room and that the overall design of the hotel is very good. What I did not like was the very long waiting time at the reception. What is completely unacceptable, however, is the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was mold in the shower, and there were a lot of hairs everywhere....
