Pros:
* great location beside the tram stop platform and close the peace palace, city centre and a great Indonesian restaurant (the one that is on the same line of the hotel entrance).
* friendly staff and nice lobby with free coffee and tea during the courses of the Hague Academy of International law (no idea about the other times).
* I like the idea of the digital key for the room, entrance and the lift.

Cons:
* the rooms are very small and you barely find a place to keep your luggage in.
* the rooms are not cleaned every day but every third night and the cleaning is not done properly, I stayed in the room for 20 nights and the dust was everywhere especially on shelves and clothes.
* As I stayed there for 20 nights I asked the reception to give me a late checkout for an hour due to my late flight but they refused.
* the mattress was not comfortable.

Lovely staff, super helpful. They offer same-day laundry sercice for 19 euros. You drop off before 10am and pick up after 6pm. Maxumum 4kg laundry. This was a huge time saver for me. The location is in a hip area, nice and quiet and not too touristy. I got to walk to neighborhood cafes and bakery. Very nice experience. Will definitely book this hotel again next time in The Hague.

My room was small however the bed was very comfy! The water pressure in the shower could've been a little stronger and I prefer a larger shower head and sink but it all serves its purpose well. The service was good; the receptionists were friendly and even helped me pick the right tram line and the staff at the breakfast buffet were friendly as well. Solid choices at the breakfast buffet! Location was okay; 15 minutes on foot (if you walk fast) to the city cente but there was also a tram stop right by the hotel. Perfect for a few nights to explore Den Haag.

We stayed in The Hague for three nights and were very happy with the Court Garden Hotel. It is not right in the centre, but close to the International Court of Justice. Everything is easily accessible by tram, both the centre and the beach in Scheveningen. Even though the hotel is on a main road, the area is quiet and relaxed. Not far away is a street with several cafés and bars. We received a friendly welcome in the hotel itself, and the fresh and modern interior was a surprise compared to the rather sober facade. The friendly and freshly decorated lounge area, where you can also get free coffee and biscuits, is particularly appealing. And the room left nothing to be desired either: enough space, a comfortable bed and an attractive design. We didn't find any problems and would recommend the Court Garden Hotel without reservation.

Stayed a weekend at the hotel. Friendly reception and welcome. Easy check-in and rooms are practical and clean. Everything works and that's not always the case. Breakfast was good and well done. The ecodesigned I don't get. E.g. don't use plastics at breakfast and at the coffee booth. Or use led lights in the rooms, or stop serving Pineapple. Then the ecodesign makes sense.

Small charming hotel, small rooms but clean. The staff were both at reception and at breakfast (excellent by the way) very friendly and friendly. The only downside is the price of parking. But to recommend. The proximity even on foot to the city center is also an asset.

The hotel is located on a larger avenue, within easy reach of the city center and station. The Malieveld (for performances) is also easily accessible from here. When you arrive you stand in front of an automatic sliding door, which does NOT open automatically. You have to ring the bell so that the reception can let you in (or check in online and enter with the digital key). For the rest of your stay you can open the door with your card or via the digital key on your smartphone. Good points: *location *digital key is handy and gives an extra safe feeling that if you forget your card in the room, you can still enter if you have your smartphone in your pocket (and who doesn't have that these days :) ) *eco hotel with attention to the towels ,... *free coffee machine (cappuccino, tea) in the common room until 10 p.m. *very good breakfast (also worth mentioning that pre-cut fruit is not all together in a fruit salad, but each separately so that you can take what you like and take into account (with or without allergies) Less good: * window in room can open, but opens onto a room that is closed with a window that cannot be opened (good for insulation in winter, but impractical in summer, there too no air conditioning (logical because of the eco approach) *not everyone speaks Dutch, so if you don't speak English this could cause problems *no refrigerator in the room (also eco part I assume, but still useful) Tip for breakfast : don't be shy to ask for things that are empty, you will be happy to help, but otherwise it can sometimes take a long time for something to be replenished if you don't ask for it Tip: breakfast is in waves, wave between 8:30 am and 9:15 am is usually the busiest
