I had a very pleasant 1 night stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had dinner from the restuarant on site and it was delicious and fresh.
I would recommend this hotel for ease and convenience when travelling to and from Auckland.
I will definetly stay here again

I guess it's unavoidable with a two-story building, but it was really tough carrying a large suitcase up without an elevator.

The room had a strange smell (stuffy and old). Since it's only two stories, it felt damp. If the price is over 400, it's not really worth it.

Rooms are smelly and if you ask for room service then they charge your credit card . this is all while at checkout they tell you that everyting is ok and your credit card is clear and no charges are due

Great airport hotel! Free shuttle service was great, public bus stop right outside, so convenient!

Room was clean and very spacious, had everything we needed for a night! Good shower, comfortable beds and soft clean towels ☺️

Staff member that checked us in was very helpful and friendly and helped arrange a late check out.

Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which was great for my business trip. However, the surrounding area isn't the best. There's a very large cemetery nearby. While it's common in some countries for cemeteries to be close to residential areas, if this bothers you, you might want to consider other options.

Convenient by taking the Yellow Bus directly after landing in good price. Enjoy to take breakfast at the garden just outside the room with birds and lovely flowers and grassland.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was super efficient and friendly. Unfortunately fish came out undercooked, but when I mentioned it, the whole dish was replaced and it was perfect.
