The room was well-equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated with great aesthetic appeal. I heard there's a huge rose garden across the street, but I didn't have time to visit. Overall, it was good value for money. This was my last night in New Zealand, staying in Auckland, and I slept very comfortably. A big plus is its relatively central location and free parking, which I searched for quite a while to find.

Good hotel, room and bathroom modern and clean. My room was facing the road and I woke up with the noise at 6:00

The staff at the reception didn’t look much concerned when we arrived. We were just given a key and no wifi instructions or nothing else. Room had a door connecting to next door which was locked using a chain lock . Could hear everything from the next room as they had loud tv going on all night. Wasn’t worth the money.not going back there

Everything was great, but room service was not good, tried to order dinner for room service no one answered the phone, so had to order takeaway and delivery by Uber eats.

Outstanding service from a very welcoming team. Perfect spot to attend the tennis, with free parking and a 3 minute Uber ride to Stanley St.
When I went in to check it was okay to park my car there for the day and check in after the tennis I was delighted to be offered a free upgrade and early check in.
Great room service. My salmon was overcooked and the dessert not how it was described, otherwise I would have given 5 stars!

My daughter and I had a gorgeous stay at Rose Park Hotel. We loved our room with balcony overlooking the Rose Gardens, enjoyed room service and easy access free parking! Fabulous location close to Newmarket, Parnell and the CBD. Had the weather been warmer we would have enjoyed the pool too. We recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Good room, restuarant pretty good value, with happy hour prices, breakfast buffet extensive but a little pricey.
Great location for Spark Arena, 15 minute walk.
Car parking included in room price.
Nice restuarant view of Rose Garden

Excellent location. Comfortable and clean.Parking is a big plus. However, be aware the high shower step up not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Very nice hotel with good location and convenient free parking.

However two requests to fix malfunctioning fridge failed to materialise in anything.

Every morning just around 8am a cart would also roll around outside my room making a lot of noise and waking me up.

Went to Cibo for our wedding anniversary and we were thoroughly impressed, great serving portions and the staff were excellent. Thanks to Fraser who was an outstanding host and recommended the perfect wines to compliment our outstanding meals. Will be back for sure.

Beautiful food, impeccable service and an exquisite interior. Perfect balance between fancy and casual. Great place for those willing to splurge on a quality meal while keeping the energetic vibe of a bistro. Service was perhaps the best I had ever experienced. 5 stars.
