The landlord couple were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their son is an All Blacks football player, and knowing my son also plays football, they even invited him to tour their private property. The house was thoughtfully designed and well-maintained; I highly recommend it.

We would stay again, perfect for a weekend away. Loved the breakfast options and that I didn't need to sign into an app to get tv chanels.

The landlord was incredibly welcoming and provided everything perfectly. They even asked if we were cold, and when we mentioned the air conditioner was a bit noisy and suggested replacing the heating, the landlord immediately bought a new oil heater that same day. The room has one bedroom and one living room; there's a bed in the living room for a child. It's suitable for a small family. The yard has a tennis court, basketball hoops, and a playroom with a ping-pong table, foosball table, etc.! It's fantastic!

The guesthouse has a great environment, is spacious with plenty of room for activities, and is close to the airport.

It has an outdoor fireplace and surrounding activity space, which is a big plus…

(Since the host also stays long-term, please be mindful of cleanliness and noise levels during activities, and respect local customs…) The host is very hospitable and welcoming…

A fantastic Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The house was clean and tidy, and the facilities were excellent. It's only a ten-minute drive from the airport, very close, yet virtually noise-free. The breakfast was plentiful, and the cakes were delicious. Most importantly, the bed and duvet were incredibly comfortable; I had a truly wonderful night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Christchurch!

Everything is perfect in this place. It's just a ten-minute drive to the airport, but you can barely hear the noise in the house. Everything in the house is clean, tidy, and very much like home. The breakfast was well-prepared, and the cakes were just delicious. Above all, the bed and duvet were sooooo comfortable that I had the best sleep of my entire trip! I would definitely stay here if I come to Christchurch again!

A fantastic stay, more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The experience was excellent, and the two hosts were very welcoming. It's conveniently located near the airport, and overall great value for money.

This is an elderly couple's home, rented out to tourists. While the living environment is decent, the couple is inherently discriminatory towards Chinese people, making it a poorly-recognized AirB&B for Chinese tourists. I personally wouldn't recommend staying here. No one was home when we checked in, and there were no proper signs explaining the situation. They even accused us of not understanding English!
