The hotel sits on a hill, so it is quite a steep climbing. Think about every time going out and coming back.

Our first room wasn't great; the window faced a construction site. After we switched rooms, it was much better. The location is excellent, but it's uphill. The valet parking service was good, though.

Garden view room was cute and the onsens were a fantastic amenity. Great stay overall, central to Queenstown CBD and fantastic restaurant.

The room was spacious and within 10 min walking distance to city centre. Car park fee is 40 dollars per day.

There was no concierge or staff assistance when we arrived, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard. When I later requested a late check-out by just one hour (until 12:00), I was told it was not possible because a group was arriving. However, when we returned to the hotel at 16:55 to pick up our car, we saw that the group had only just arrived.
Refusing a one-hour late check-out, especially when traveling with a child, was extremely disappointing — and seeing the actual arrival time of the group made the explanation feel insincere.
Overall, the lack of hospitality and the way guests are treated do not reflect the level of service we expected.

Staff are friendly, room is comfortable and I really appreciate the gym facility even though it is small but quite complete, and the laundry room is very convenient for family with young toddlers as we can wash their clothes and use again 😊

Location is abit of a walk up from town,
We found our room abit noises in the evening from the kitchen above I guess.
on the last day, we only had hot water, no cold water strangely
Best To check out the night before , if you are planning to catch an early flight, as there is nobody at reception in the early morning.
