I had an exceptional experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Great hotel and terrific room
The restaurant is being renovated so they sent us to have breakfast at a different hotel. Would have liked to know that in advance and may have booked the room without breakfast

We visited Queenstown for two nights and stayed at the Spire hotel. We had an amazing time, the rooms were enormous and adjoining with our two boys. The views off the balconies are unbelievable. We had coffee and a wonderful breakfast each morning. Eli the bartender made the trip even more wonderful! Right in the middle of town perfect location!

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was sensational. The team were kind and professional and helped to make our stay so much fun. Set right in the middle of town within minutes of the lake, the hotel was super handy and close to restaurants, pubs and shopping. The room was luxurious with a bottle of nz Pinot waiting for us on arrival.

The location is super good. It is convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. It is clean and tidy. I will stay there again next time

The location is in the center of Queenstown, the location is excellent, the room layout and furnishings are very tasteful, the room is perfectly clean, there is also a nightly turndown service and the mini bar is replenished, the amenities are complete and there is a power adapter, the water pressure in the bathroom is very strong and the dry and wet are separated. I stayed in 8 or 9 hotels in New Zealand for 15 days. This hotel is not the most expensive but it is my favorite hotel. Every service staff in the hotel is very friendly. Thanks to Anna for recommending restaurants. We went to the bunker, Rata, Sherwood, and they were all really great. Next time if I have the opportunity to go to Queenstown again, I will definitely stay there again

The Eames lounge chair is great, the breakfast is good, the fruit is quite rich, the hotel entrance is quite hidden, there is no parking space, if you drive to ski early in the morning, it will not affect

Very good hotel. Very convenient to go anywhere. And very clean. The staff are very enthusiastic. It is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Queenstown

The location of this hotel is very good. It is right in the center of the town and you can walk to the most beautiful shore in three minutes. Anyway, it's convenient to go anywhere. The only problem is that you may have to look for parking on the roadside. The hotel room is really big, and the equipment and speakers inside are very good. It's also close to a bar, so it's a bit noisy at night. Everything in the refrigerator is free except alcohol, and there are unlimited refills. For breakfast, it is beautifully prepared on site downstairs. I remember that the big breakfast was about 30 New Zealand dollars. It is worth commenting and worth staying at.

Ordered hot and sour tofu costing $32nz. This was without doubt the worst dish I have eaten from a restaurant. I couldn’t even eat half the meal as It tasted like I was swishing a glass of salt water around my mouth. Disgusting - extremely overpriced for the poor quality and low quantity received, stay away.

Been to many Chinese restaurant's around New Zealand and overseas. I suggest you save the money and dine somewhere else, Food was over price for the amount of portion size you get. The dishes I had was below average. Overall it won't be on my list when I visit Queenstown again.

Thai saim opens at 1PM. Some imformation in google is not correct. It's very delicious and very cheap in lunchtime. We can eat some lunch food about only 12 NZD. I rocommend it.

Party of 4, nobody liked their food. See the photo of the "triple baked truffle potatoes". They were just bad breakfast potatoes, no flavoring other than some salt. Staff was friendly, but not attentive. Never even refilled our water.
