Visited the Gran bar and restaurant for dinner. The food was good and overall a pleasant experience.

Hotel is very accurat for overnight stay near the highway. Breakfast and dinner is well served, employees are very friendly. Rooms are big, clean and overal the area is clean. Keep up the good work!

A pleasant hotel. Nice and friendly staff ..the bar food was a 10 out of 10. The rooms were clean.. shower slightly on the small side but good. It's a no cash hotel! Which stops kiddies buying their own stuff like sweets, etc.. shame, really. You should at least have both! Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of choice. The only niggle was that you only got 2 hours of free parking at the hotel...

We had a great time, with good food and drinks, a beautiful room with a terrace. The personal was all smiles and very friendly and profesional. You simply have to try the Sauna rituals! Elegant and great fun at the same time. The hotel has a fantastic location by the fjord, and the interior is beautiful and elegant too. Great Norwegian breakfast gives a good start of the day. Highly recomended!

Loved all the hot tub options and the floating sauna experience with the master sauna.

Overall, an average stay. The spa was great, but the room had several issues — the showerhead was broken and caused water to spill everywhere, one of the bedside outlets didn’t work, and the snacks in the hotel bar had already been opened.

Travelled alone, for the first time, on a mini spa vacation. Had a lovely time. The Aufguss was really worth experiencing, so make sure to check the times not to miss it!

Amazing experience Amazing experience. Fabulous setting and just a 10 minute walk into Son village. Spa has everything you need. Suggest booking a suite with balcony. Outdoor Sauna by the Fjord is terrific for the daily Sauna ritual which lasts about 45 mins. Son village is also not to be missed.

Son Spa is a nice hotel, beautifully situated right down by the fjord in a quiet area. The rooms and the hotel feel new and are in good condition, but you can especially tell in the spa area that it’s starting to show wear. A major drawback in summer is that there’s no air conditioning in the rooms, so it can get very hot. The big challenge with Son Spa is the price level; the rooms are expensive...

I was satisfied with my stay here. Were hesitating there before coming due to shared bathrooms but it was super clean. Parking is easy and free. Neighborhood is so calm. Really close to old city by walking. Dont miss the chance by walking to river

Affordable accommodation located in the old town. It is nice to take a stroll to the harbour where you can take a free ferry ride to get to the other side of town. Place is generally clean and nice. Bed might be a little narrow and we could hear the room next door slamming on some stuff in the middle of the night. For the prices it is definitely okay.

I spent three weeks at the hotel. It's a beautiful location, with a great view of the water. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their assistance with bringing in a large group to the hotel. Breakfast is a perfect start to you day and The spa is the perfect place relax after a busy day.

Great service and hotel, we likes the food top pool a lot. But our dinner experience was horrible. Waited 45 min for our starters and another 45 min for our mail course. And on top of that the service was so bad from our waiter.

A nice cosy place It’s a really nice camping sight with a fun playground for kids. The apartment was spacious and clean with enough beds for all of us and a nice bathroom. If you have small kids, we recommend this space. We didn’t visit the surrounding places but we did use it as a home base for our trips into Sweden.

Overall a great spa with excellent hotel rooms overlooking the nearby forest, giving it an awesome natural feel. Commuting from the city to the hotel took 40-50 minutes but the transition from the city to forest made it feel really special. Fantastic way to spend time in Oslo! Everything is very clean and the style of the facility is very calming. The layout, check-in and amentities at the spa are wonderful. I did visit many Spas in Norway but this actually can call a SPA. Nice saunas, cold and hot pools, chilling places and very nice vibe. It gave me back hope that there are places in this country where you can relax and it doesn't smell like communism. Highly recommend 👌

The hotel faces the bay, and the scenery is decent. Since it was winter, but there was no snow, the winter atmosphere was a bit desolate. There are many restaurants nearby, with prices around 300 yuan per person. There are supermarkets, bus stops, a train station, and barbershops nearby.

Always stay at hotel Klubben. The receptionists were all wonderful and helpful. Also, the staff at breakfast is really sweet as well. My room was upgraded to a balcony room as I always stay at hotel Klubben and it is a lovely room with a fantastic view of the Brygge! For some reason, the cleaning staff did not clean my room on the second day. But overall, it was a wonderful stay.

You have to pay for breakfast. And you have to for the parking, they did not info us parking at hotel is not free. 10 minutes walking away there is parking cost 32kr for 24 h, as hotel charge for 150kr. If you are staying long, recommend the kommune parking.

I've been here three times while travelling from-to Norway and Sweden. Not far from the highway but almost downtown, only two blocks from the peatonal street with bars and restaurants. Although not all the rooms are super modern, they are clean, large, with comfortable beds and with large windows. There is also a nice restaurant in the hotel. The staff is friendly and the owner is very kind and helpful

We had a short stay at the hotel, family of 3. We arrived after reception hours, but the hotel had tried to contact us beforehand and sent a text with information needed to get access to our room. The room was quite dated, but spacious and clean, (except dust under the beds) and quiet. Bathroom was quite small, but clean. I've never experience such good service in Norway before! It really felt like coming home. Rana the hotel manager made sure that we had everything we wanted and gave us the best possible stay here in Sarpsborg. The breakfast was excellent with fresh food, egg/bacon/sausages, fresh fruit, yoghurt, warm bread, fresh Waffles, bakery cakes and so on. We can only recommend this hotel, perfect location close...

The most friendly and helpful staff that made a large effort to make us feel at home. I traveled alone with my children on a long stay there and the hotel felt like a safe spot for all of us. Building is old and worn but with lots of light, air and atmosphere. Great breakfast and staff managed to find food that went ok with my food allergies.

Elevator does not work and looks like it hasn't for a while, which is bad when you are on the 4th floor. The room is more like a hostel than a hotel. I loved the town though. It was very cool.

Friendly staff, good location however quite a lot of street noice when we get a room toward Nygaten. Room was quite small and it was difficult to get around the bed to the one side (30cm) . Parking was full so despite being disabled we had to unload at the door and park offsite at extra cost. Pet rooms weren’t available but we were given a room on the top floor. We had a small balcony so were able to leave that open to keep room cool. We had a fridge, good beds and pillows.

The location of the property was really great - we could walk to everything we wanted to see. Unfortunately we had to park a few blocks away from the hotel but that was really the only downside. The room was very spacious and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Great hotel. Right near so many restaurants, stores, markets, and bowling. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. My husband is a vegetarian and they had fruit, vegetables, tons of varieties of granola and breads. It was the perfect start to our day!

We checked in late, around 2130, check in was very easy and provided us food before the bistro closed in the hotel at 2200. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We left before breakfast was served but we were able to take bread and cold cuts as well as coffee with us. One of the best places we have stayed.

Air conditioning didn't work. We had to have the window open and there was considerable noise from the street late into the night.

Nice enough hotel in a pretty good location close to the main pedestrianised high street. I found my room a bit dark (no ceiling lights). No aircon, not even a working ventilation system. They do provide a heater and a fan though! Some street noise at night on weekends. *NO* tea/coffee making facilities. Housekeeping didn't clean my room for my entire stay which was disappointing. Room itself was fine...

The hotel is very exquisite, the breakfast is very good, it is an old hotel with a sense of atmosphere in southern Norway, opposite the church, the environment is very good, and there is a long river behind it. It is a good choice for business, vacation and tourism. I will stay here again next time.

Very good emplacement and very tasty rooms, classy. The price/quality is also very good. I just have some suggestions: The soap liquid in the bathrooms is a cheap plastic one, it's a little detail but I could be better. I booked via AirBnb, the room was smaller than expected. It had everything but the quality of things were too low. In toilet plastic stuff was broken.

I experienced some difficulties with the identity check on my phone, because my camera didn't seem to work. This was solved after I switched browser to Chrome (from firefox) and accepting all cookies. This may help others too.

Hotels in Norway are generally pricy compared to other regions of Europe, but to be fair to this particular hotel, even though the rooms are fairly small and the furniture looks like outdated, they compensate for that in the comfort of the bed and pillows and the practicality of using the desk, the closet, the bathroom, the shower and to top it up, one of the best open buffets breakfasts I've seen...

Beautiful apartment hotel chain. Very good rooms with a good kitchen with a dish washer, coffee machine, fridge, oven included. nicece bedroom. Has a good hall and washing machine available. Wonderful for long stays. Please ensure you ask for an additional fan since this facility has centralized air conditioning and is not controllable from inside.

Convenient to train station, dining The hotel was just a short walk from the Central Station, in an area with a lot of grocery and restaurant options within a few blocks. My only disappointment is that there were no bicycles for use at the hotel, although this service had been included in their listing.
