The room was clean, cozy, and had a good view.
The staff was friendly enough.
The restaurant had great food. We had the reindeer, turbot, and grouse. The turbot and reindeer should not be missed if you are staying here.
The atmosphere was quiet, pleasant, and quaint.

Great hotel with a small indoorspa and including a good pool and an amazing floating lake Sauna. Great range of public rooms with fireplaces to create a semblance of coziness. Excellent dining options. Rooms are slightly small and lack seating and tea/coffee making basics but are genuinely cozy with stunning views. Good in room tech. Easy access to ski school hire shop and lifts. Not ski in ski out but excellent locker with boot driers

Restaurant sold out several nights
All in all good stay but the restaurant was sold out several nights. They should keep some spaces for the people who are staying at the hotel or inform at check in that the restaurant is busy.

Incredible location at 900 masl, little bit cooler than at sea level but the nature more than makes up for it, the only complaint I had was there was no tea making facilities in the room and no English brealfast tea availlable, just fruit teas!
