The room is way much smaller than I expect unless you don't have many baggage. However, the room is clean and water flow comes from the faucet and hand shower are quite strong and warm. Cleqn and decent priced hotel with breakfast in the middle of Oslo. The fixtures are quiet tired There is no packet tea or coffee in the room though but there is plenty of coffeshops and supermarket in the vicinity.

The breakfast was great , the rooms small and clean No AC , outside looks a little rough but inside is nice and modern , bathroom was small , it was very cost effective, we where only at the hotel to sleep and get breakfast, UBER do not take Cabs !

Had a very nice pizza in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast was great. Proximity to the Christmas Market was excellent. Staff were awesome. Our initial room was too light and noisy for us but the receptionist couldn’t have been more accommodating about moving us to a quieter room at the back of the hotel.

I got upgraded and the room was excellent. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is also great. People at the reception have been very welcoming and available, especially Mathilde. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable stay. The hotel is situated in an ideal central location close to everything. Whilst the hotel’s decor and rooms are quite dated, the feel was cozy and had a comfortable sleep.

This was an awesome location hotel and loved that it included free breakfast with as expensive as Norway is this definitely took one expense off our minds. Was in a good location to food, the Oslo train and bus station and more. Also across the street from a little store for those late night munchies

This place is really great. There's a bus stop right outside, and it's located in the city center, close to the National Museum and City Hall. It's also convenient for taking the VIE airport express. Not the hotel itself, I went there to eat in café, because they have had such a nice buffet. The food great, the location great, the cleaning Thai lady got angry at me for not sorting the plates etc after eating there, how on earth would I know that I had to do that? Very nice and clean. Staff is helpful and polite. Meal times are short. The restaurant is open for about an hour and a half for each meal. You snooze you lose. The food is taken away exactly on time, so don't be late. Check-out at 10am is a bit early.

The staff was nice, always there if we needed! The room was small (a room with a bunk beds), but it works well! The kitchen is veryyy small with few ustensiles, lots of plates. Shower were big, not great pressure but completely does the work! People left their stuff all dirty in the sink, when there is a dishwasher! I had great experience spending few nights here. The rooms were so clean and comfortable and quiet. The shower and other facilities were clean as well. The staffs were so friendly. Location isn't bad but still a 10 min uphill walk, with your luggage. Using keyless website link to open door isn't a bad idea, but only if it works. I had to try many times to enter my room, sometimes very frustrating standing at the corridor. The roomt assigned was on the first floor facing the street, which made it somewhat noisy. Trams pass by at regular intervals, and the sound is quite noticeable. There were even trams running after 2 a.m., which might not be ideal for light sleepers. Apart from that everything was great.

The room is clean and the cleaner is very nice and polite. Ventilasjon system is not good, so the window needs to be kept opened. But the noise from tram is very loud from early morning to late night if you live on the back side of the hotel.
