The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the central station. It's surrounded by attractions, supermarkets, and shops, making it very convenient. Check-in and check-out can be done entirely via self-service machines. The lobby on the first floor has many functional areas, and luggage storage is also self-service, which is very handy.

Really loved this place, the location was excellent. Highly recommend staying here, especially for solo travelers. It felt like a small community, which was a nice touch.

The room was a bit small for a quadruple, with bunk beds and a double bed, but it had everything we needed. It's affordable and located in downtown Oslo. There were a lot of Chinese people in the neighborhood, felt like a gathering of budget travelers, haha.

Pretty good hotel overall. We had dinner in the restaurant the first night. We were the only guests and the food was very good, I had the burger. The breakfast was spectacular. The room was cosy but adequate. Train station is 5 minutes walk and 7 minutes into central.

Cleaning service was nice and made sure to ask if I needed towels etc. Thin walls tho, so the rooms are a bit noisy, you can definitely hear when your neighbor's phone is going off or when someone else is using the bathroom...

The rooms were warm and everything was working perfectly. The breakfast offered a generous buffet selection, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only potential downside is that soundproofing could be better—you can hear noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms. If you’re sensitive to noise or prefer complete silence, this is something to keep in mind.

I had nice room on 12th with beautiful view but, bathroom could be little bit bigger. Otherwise can't say anything bad about this place. Very central at the main street of Oslo. Many of the tourist I guide like the location so it permits do a sightseen walking of 3 hours. Starting from the hotel, walking to Bjørvika, visiting the Oslo opera, Kok, Salt, Munch Muséum,eating in Vippa, visiting Akershus Festining, Rådhuset, University, Royal Palace and finishing the visit at National Museum(I arrange free passes) or Peace Prize Museum.

Nice, modern and clean hotel. Direct access to a good inexpensive bar/restaurant. Bedroom looked almost brand new, with a tiny, simple but lovely bathroom. I missed a modern smart TV and was quite upset every morning by some kind of a kart rolling in the corridor at 5AM. This is a bit too early to wake-up guests 😔

Rooms were quite standard, and was definitely more modern compared to the other Comfort Hotel chains we stayed in. Conveniently located right west of Oslo Station, which is convenient especially if you have a train for Bergen to catch the next day in the morning. Breakfast is standardwitha plenty seating.

I had an amazing stay 1 night. The manager Vegar went above and beyond managing ensuring my safety. I loved my mini room. So clean. Comfortable bed excellent air quality and room temp. Excellent front desk staff.

The hotel was in the city center and really convinient. Unfortunately I changed my room twice because of some issues (Heater didn't work. Wifi is gone.) and it was a bit stressful but a reception staff tried to give me some alternatives very kindly. Maintainance of facilities can be better.

Staff were friendly, warm and helpful. The room was just right. I ended up staying two nights at a reduced rate. The restaurant staff were also lovely and the food and menu pricing was more than fair. Would stay again.

The hotel was nice, sustainable culture supportive, staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful, close to the city center. The room felt extra small for me that I could not believe it, however, warm and good enough for a 1 night crash, did not need to switch on the heater, temp was just right! One thing I really missed is the the English language option in TV, everything else was as expected.

Book this comfort hotel for proximity to central station yet far enough to be away from pedestrians. Near tram and bus stations as well that can bring you all over town. Walking distance to Munch Museum, Bjorvika broadwalk all the way to Akershus Fortress and Castle. Breakfast was GOOD. Same stuff everyday but variety enough to try different things for 3 days.

The breakfast spread was good, if I could wish for more.. it's gonna be the coffee though, as they only have brewed coffee which tastes a bit bland. Also, during our stay, one of the elevators was under renovation so we only had one small elevator that could get very busy during morning...

The room lighting is very uncomfortable as it is far too dim. The policy of cleaning the room only on the 4th day of stay is quite unusual and negatively affects sleep comfort. The bed is overly soft and feels closer to the quality of a rollaway bed. On a positive note, the hotel lobby is well designed and the location is fairly strategic. A "cheap" hotel in Oslo. But it's not in centrum but 8-15min walk to subway. Very good beds, pillows and big bathroom. Kettle for tea and coffe free of charge. Great location, at Storgata where you can get to most places in Oslo. Close to Oslo S too, so easy to get to from Airport as well. The staff weren't particularly friendly and the luggage storage was at basement, so it was kind of troublesome because the lift only serves till level 1. Like other reviewers, also found some strands of hair on linen.

Automatic checki-in and out. It is located in the center and close to the Dom church. There are not many equipments in the room, but training gym, electronic pot, laundry machine, refrigerator, and microwave are available in the lounge. It is similar to the TAVINOS chain hotels in Japan, but the room is much larger.

The location and facilities were excellent, and it was easy to find. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, but do be prepared for an uphill climb. The room itself was spacious enough and very clean throughout. One minor point: there was some construction happening nearby during my stay.

From the hotel it's easy to walk to some of the main tourist attractions and main streets with many supermarkets and convenience stores around. Our twin room was a little small and didn't have a kettle or fridge, otherwise it was nice and quiet and I slept very well. (A kettle and fridge plus microwave and laundry facilities were available in a shared/public space in the hotel)

This is an amazing hotel. Very friendly staff, understanding as first time in country and were very helpful towards our needs. I cannot begin to describe the excellent menu. First of all the good things: breakfast is great and the team really lovely. The location is very good. The rooms are a bit dated, but big dated which would not be too bad if they were cleaned. They put new towels in and clean the bathroom but the floor was never cleaned. There is a lot of grit about and although I try not to walk in boots it is inevitable to bring in muck. The whole hotel looked grubby...

Well located, it’s connected just next to the Oslo Central Station. You do not need to exit the building from the Train station to get to the hotel, it is located within the building block which also consists of a mall. Shops are plenty around the hotel and it is within walking distance to Karl Johans Gate, a popular shopping area in Oslo.

It's super well located, just 4 minutes from the central station. You can do self-check-in, and if you check in early, it's 16€. The room is quite large and comfortable.

It is a good place as it is located near the train station. But I would not recommend more than 1 night as it is expensive ($150 a night). But the bed is comfortable and quiet. The people at the reception is nice. In the morning, they can provide breakfast but it is expensive($10)

Hotel is located just 2 mins walk to Oslo Central Stn. Also close to city centre, shopping mall and cafes nearby. Room and bed are comfortable. Spacious enough to fit my big luggage and hang my jackets. I like how the bathroom floor is heated so I don't feel cold walking on it at night. Generally a good stay and I would book this place again next time.

Everything was clean, check in was smooth, I was put to a 5th floor, pretty peaceful, I sleep well. The room was clean. The single room had enough space to open a suitcase, and there were several clothes hangers. The bathroom and toilet were a bit small but still usable. Towels and bath towels were changed daily. The breakfast was decent, with the basic selection. The location was good. The checkin was quick. But we were given a room on the top floor with sloped roof over the bed. It was difficult to walk around that side of the bed. That was the only down side.

Excellent spots, very near to most of the tourist spots. The breakfast is superb!

The location is really good as it allows you to get to most of the sites of the city very easily and quickly. There's also a few convenient stores and supermarket nearby, it's not that difficult to find food, water or any other amenities easily.

The room was spacious, but you had to go to the second floor and take the elevator, which was inconvenient. The worst part was that the bathroom shower stall had no partitions, so the shower water would overflow.

A family of three stayed in a family room on the 5th floor. The room was a bit cramped, but its location on Karl Johans Gate was excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the central station. Pretty cool hotel on a great street. I stayed here with my family while visiting Oslo. We really liked the design/decor of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was great. It's located on a street with plenty of shopping and restuarant options. It only takes 15 minutes by tram to get to the downtown/waterfront area and the trams run continuously.
