Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

The location is fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was very comfortable. It's super convenient for sightseeing and shopping, plus there's a supermarket and restaurants right outside the hotel. Loved it!

A historic building that's incredibly well-maintained, very clean and tidy. The toiletries are all L'Occitane. The breakfast was the best we had on our Norway trip – lots of variety and delicious! The service was excellent from check-in right through to luggage storage after check-out.

This hotel, supposedly where Obama stayed, has an amazing location—within walking distance of all the shops you want to visit! There are also plenty of attractions nearby, which you can easily see with a stroll. The hotel itself is very clean and beautiful. Breakfast is à la carte; the fried eggs and oatmeal porridge are perfect for Chinese palates—great!

The hotel is located near the pier, so there aren't too many tourists, making for a relaxing environment. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and shopping is convenient even if you're not into luxury goods. The location is relatively remote and not very downtown, but the air around it is very good. There is a subway just a short walk out of the city, so it's OK. The only thing is that the room is a bit dark, but you can open the window for fresh air and it feels pretty good.

My meeting was in Nydalen, thereby a convenient location. The subway station is in the same building as the hotel. 45 minutes to the airport via the central station.

The hotel delayed check-in for no reason. I arrived before sunset.

The service was terrible. Even though we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign, the waiter still entered without permission when we were out for fun. They refused to clean the room during our extended stay. The reason given by the front desk was that we had not checked in and out before 12 noon. This was ridiculous and did not meet the service standards of a 4-star hotel. Bad review.
