The bath products are byredo, which smells great! There is also a speaker in the room, which makes me feel like I'm back home. Because I left too early, I didn't enjoy breakfast

I stayed at Sommerro for four nights from January 8th to 11th, 2026. The hotel has a retro-elegant design style with a charming old-fashioned feel

If you want to go out, there are also many restaurants nearby, making it a convenient location

Decor is excellent and the theme of the rooms is cohesive and smart. Excellent gym but pool was an additional cost, unless you have a suite. This was a disappointment and gives the place a cheap feeling

The quality and atmosphere were exactly to my liking, and the attention to detail in the public spaces was evident. Dining options are very convenient

Very beautiful hotel! In the city center, it was the happiest day in Norway! The room decoration is very retro and environmentally friendly. I didn't bring slippers, and the slippers she gave me were not disposable

We stayed a night to catch early morning flight. Nice location, clean rooms (nothing fancy but pretty good) and helpful staff. They had mini breakfast for ones leaving early in the morning

Can walk to airport but not with luggage. Bus stop is very close as well. Helped with calling Taxi as well. Recommend if you have stay close to airport

You won’t find a better hotel in all of Norway. This is the place to stay at. The food, steak house, spa, all amazing.

What a beautiful and elegant hotel. Everything from the public area to the bedrooms are just very pleasing to the eye.

Two things of note - the breakfast is run like a "fine dining" experience, with many staff hovering, and that is not needed - it is a breakfast buffet, show us to our table, serve coffee, and then leave the diners alone

A royal five-star hotel in Norway, offering impeccable, regal service. The only area for improvement was the desserts at the Michelin-starred restaurant; however, the other food was quite good.

We were lucky enough to book a Premium Room, which was beautifully spacious, clean, and provided a fantastic, relaxing base after exploring the city

Buffet Breakfast: This was simply out of this world! The quality and scope of the buffet were far beyond standard hotel fare

Room was too warm, and room are a little tired and worn. Stayed forvrwo weeks and cleaning towel change etc was below par for the first week, but got better in the second week

Even though I checked in late, they welcomed me warmly. The breakfast was decent, and it's close to the altar rock. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option, I highly recommend this place.

Top it off is the amazing inclusive breakfast from as early as 6am to 11:30am,where the choices are endless. The staff members are so professional and will always try to help the best they can

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Scandic Forus to anyone out there who maybe looking for a best place to stay. Trust me, it's well worth the money ☺

My family of 5 always book and stay in a family room whenever we decide to stay at the Scandic hotel, and the room is always spacious, bright and airy

This was our third stay at the resort and the first booking not made on the Rad app. Bur everything worked perfectly well

As a Norwegian living abroad it is strange to stay at a big resort in Norway with no Norwegian staff and very few Norwegian guests, but we loved everything we experienced. Very friendly and helpful staff too

Amazing! Nothing is bad there. Everything is beautiful and it's a mountainbikers dream. They even have a room to lock bikes. It's guards at the room and they lock it in the night.

The environment is warm and the room is big enough. There are school supplies boxes, swimming pools and carnival halls for guests. The front desk staff is also very nice

The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. We use the restaurant and the food was really delicious. The breakfast was had a white variety of food and really good healthy choices

The room wasn't huge, and a bit cramped for three people, but it was incredibly convenient for an early morning flight. Breakfast started at 4:50 AM, and even though it was cold, it was really substantial and satisfying

Great location to Oslo airport. We came here to transit and the location is excellent. Breakfast has a lot of varieties and is very delicious. Hotel room can be abit old and the shower space is very small.

The breakfast is the best during our trip in Sweden!! But the bus to airport a bit expensive or you can take local bus which is around 15mins walk from hotel. But the walk is not easy in rainy day

Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request

The hotel is located around 10-15 minutes walk away from the marina, the tube station, royal palace. The students really enjoyed how central the hotel was to everything

Great location right by Oslo Central Station — super easy to get around. The rooms are small but clean and modern, perfect for a short city stay. Beds are comfy, and the vibe is relaxed and youthful

Walking distance to Munch Museum, Bjorvika broadwalk all the way to Akershus Fortress and Castle. Same stuff everyday but variety enough to try different things for 3 days

The room was a good size, and the hotel is conveniently located near Central Station. I booked this for my family; they used their sightseeing bus tickets, and a day of exploring was just perfect

Book this comfort hotel for proximity to central station yet far enough to be away from pedestrians. Near tram and bus stations as well that can bring you all over town

The location was within 5mins from the central station. The breakfast was the highlight, very well fed every morning. Staff were very helpful and friendly

The only issue we had was the name of the hotel including 'airport' which made us believe, when booking it, that it was close enough to the airport to have some sort of transport arrangement to it

The filter needs to be cleaned and the water emptied out or your dryer is not going to last very long

Room is clean and quiet. The bathroom is good size and the water pressure is very strong. Their breakfast has a wide varieties and good quality. I love the nespresso machine there.

Admittedly on checking their details online there was no mention of a shuttle bus but there was also nothing to say how their customers could get to the airport. Strongly recommend that there should be!

Good service. Amazing breakfast. relatively good room size, but on the smaller side. it's also in walking distance to Domino's pizza and rema 1000 in case you need things.

As far as we could see it is the furthest hotel away from the airport that purports to be close to it

Have stayed at multiple hotels in Norway and Europe and normally you pay a lot for a tiny room with minimal amenities (think thin towel, musty carpets, plastic cups and a mediocre breakfast spread)

The hotel has a pool but you have to make a reservation. I my case I had a check in after normal working hours and it was not positive to get access to the pool area as it was already booked

Breakfast amazing plenty of choice. Pool and sauna lovely. Jacuzzi was out of order during our stay but did not cause us an issue. Location perfect and the room was very quiet. Would recommend.

I you rent out hotel rooms with access to a pool and fitness area it should be accessible for everyone

The hotel environment and service are very good. If you are in a hurry to go out for breakfast, you can also pre-order a lunch box. However, the variety of breakfast buffets is not something ********* people are used to

There are a lot of breads and cheese cereals, etc. , and there is not much hot food. The iced latte is not good and very sweet

Very good breakfast, parking at the hotel with slow and fast electric charging stations. The only thing is the location is a bit outside the city center, about 25 minutes of moderate walking.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the main attractions, with easy access to a nearby train station and several bus stops, making it ideal for exploring the area

There was a supermarket right in the same parking lot which was very very convenient. I wish there was a shuttle bus because the walk up the steep hill with suitcases were a workout

However, you need to tell the front desk separately about cleaning the room, and even after you tell them, they didn't clean it, they just changed the towels and bath towels

The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use

When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags

Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in

Well located, it’s connected just next to the Oslo Central Station. You do not need to exit the building from the Train station to get to the hotel, it is located within the building block which also consists of a mall

Despite we arrive late, the hotel receptionist are very welcoming and friendly. Room is a bit small can’t open 2 luggage bag fully. Bed is too soft , not really good for spine support. Other than this overall is good

The location is perfect — directly connected to Oslo Central Station, which makes traveling around the city and to the airport incredibly convenient. The suite was spacious, modern, and very comfortable

This hotel has a good location, with the port and seafood market right outside, and it is very convenient to take a boat. This time I visited three cities in Norway and booked Thon Hotel in all of them

The Aquarama SATS facility with swimming pools etc are adjoined, guests can use for an extra fee. Nice and quiet despite its size

Apart from that, everything else was great. A big plus was their cooperation with SATS next door, which you could access directly through the building – perfect for getting a proper workout even while traveling

The room was large and nice, but unfortunately the AC didn’t work properly – even with a note saying it was slow, the temperature only dropped by 0. 2°C over two hours, and the room stayed uncomfortably warm

Arrived withboat from Denmark at 00:30. smoothless check in and parking in the garage in basement below. Had a strall in Kristiansand after check out, beutiful

Spacious room, friendly staff, and solid breakfast I stayed at this hotel for one day and was met with very friendly staff

The location of the hotel is great and there is a parking garage and street parking available. Of course it is not free.

Notably, towels that were removed were not consistently replaced with new ones (One night all were removed, none were replaced. Another night, all were removed and only one was replaced)

9/10! The hotel is located in a very convenient location and we were lucky enough to see the northern lights from our sea view room during our stay, which was unbelievable! The only point I've taken off was the first room I got assigned to had some empty beer cans on top of the wardrobe, and the door lock and heating weren't working too

Great location! However, the room's soundproofing isn't great, and there's a bar right outside which made it hard to sleep. The breakfast, though, was outstanding! Easily the best I've had these past couple of days.

I even walked to the Arctic Cathedral along the bridge but most of all I got a free room upgrade to the Presidential Suite with the most amazing view and space. Thank you for making my stay in Tromsø phenomenal!
