The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the central station. It's surrounded by attractions, supermarkets, and shops, making it very convenient. Check-in and check-out can be done entirely via self-service machines. The lobby on the first floor has many functional areas, and luggage storage is also self-service, which is very handy.

Really loved this place, the location was excellent. Highly recommend staying here, especially for solo travelers. It felt like a small community, which was a nice touch.

The room was a bit small for a quadruple, with bunk beds and a double bed, but it had everything we needed. It's affordable and located in downtown Oslo. There were a lot of Chinese people in the neighborhood, felt like a gathering of budget travelers, haha.

We booked two rooms for a family of four. Breakfast was automatically included and delicious. The free luggage storage service was great, and the coffee and tea were available for everyone. Above all, the location was perfect. In Northern Europe, comfort hotels seem to offer the best value.

The external parking lot provided by the hotel is not open at all. I couldn't find it after driving around the city center many times. Almost the perfect place to stay. Breakfast is very nice, the staff is kind, and easy access to the Oslo Central station. However, even though the room was pretty clean, I found bloodstains on a roll of toilet paper and the wall by the toilet.

The hotel was in the city center and really convinient. Unfortunately I changed my room twice because of some issues (Heater didn't work. Wifi is gone.) and it was a bit stressful but a reception staff tried to give me some alternatives very kindly. Maintainance of facilities can be better.

Staff were friendly, warm and helpful. The room was just right. I ended up staying two nights at a reduced rate. The restaurant staff were also lovely and the food and menu pricing was more than fair. Would stay again.

The hotel was nice, sustainable culture supportive, staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful, close to the city center. The room felt extra small for me that I could not believe it, however, warm and good enough for a 1 night crash, did not need to switch on the heater, temp was just right! One thing I really missed is the the English language option in TV, everything else was as expected.

Clean and cozy hotel to stay in Oslo! Right in the center of most attractions, very close to the central station too. The breakfast spread was good, if I could wish for more.. it's gonna be the coffee though, as they only have brewed coffee which tastes a bit bland. Also, during our stay, one of the elevators was under renovation so we only had one small elevator that could get very busy during morning...

The room lighting is very uncomfortable as it is far too dim. The policy of cleaning the room only on the 4th day of stay is quite unusual and negatively affects sleep comfort. The bed is overly soft and feels closer to the quality of a rollaway bed. On a positive note, the hotel lobby is well designed and the location is fairly strategic. The location is quite close to the city center, but the room is small, with a terrace but the hygiene situation is average, the previous hand cigarette butts are still on the terrace, not cleaned can only be said to be very average hotel

Facilities: The hotel room is quite spacious, and it doesn't seem crowded even with a sofa bed. Service: Free tea and coffee are available at the front desk, which is a good comment. However, you need to tell the front desk separately about cleaning the room, and even after you tell them, they didn't clean it, they just changed the towels and bath towels.

Great location, at Storgata where you can get to most places in Oslo. Close to Oslo S too, so easy to get to from Airport as well. The staff weren't particularly friendly and the luggage storage was at basement, so it was kind of troublesome because the lift only serves till level 1. Like other reviewers, also found some strands of hair on linen.

Automatic checki-in and out. It is located in the center and close to the Dom church. There are not many equipments in the room, but training gym, electronic pot, laundry machine, refrigerator, and microwave are available in the lounge. It is similar to the TAVINOS chain hotels in Japan, but the room is much larger.

The location and facilities were excellent, and it was easy to find. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, but do be prepared for an uphill climb. The room itself was spacious enough and very clean throughout. One minor point: there was some construction happening nearby during my stay.

From the hotel it's easy to walk to some of the main tourist attractions and main streets with many supermarkets and convenience stores around. Our twin room was a little small and didn't have a kettle or fridge, otherwise it was nice and quiet and I slept very well. (A kettle and fridge plus microwave and laundry facilities were available in a shared/public space in the hotel)

The location of the hotel is great and there is a parking garage and street parking available. Of course it is not free.

Scandic Kristiansand Our weekend stay was excellent despite the staff being busy with a convention.

Not used to European Hotels but there were no tissues or a garbage can capable of holding anything above a few tissues. We did not want cleaning service so it was a bit of an issue for me. Bed was more comfortable than expected and the room was nice. Necessities only which was fine. Breakfast was outstanding at the restaurant.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that are very reasonable for the quality, so I highly recommend it. Not only is the location convenient, but the staff are friendly and courteous, and the rooms were kept very clean.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is good. But the windows in our room were pretty bad. Instead of seeing outdoor, like the pictures shown here, it opens in an interior area that includes the breakfast area. Not only it means it wasn't fully dark during the night, but also if we opened the window, we had no fresh air coming in. Not all rooms have that kind of windows, but a lot do.

Hot room The room was rather small but clean and nice, BUT very very hot! I have now stayed at two Scandic hotels this summer and both have been sooo hot. Only help is a small fan at both hotels. The answer I got here was, no hotell in Trondheim has AC? Breakfast was really nice but too crowded. Would not stay again on a warm day.

It's super well located, just 4 minutes from the central station. You can do self-check-in, and if you check in early, it's 16€. The room is quite large and comfortable.

It is a good place as it is located near the train station. But I would not recommend more than 1 night as it is expensive ($150 a night). But the bed is comfortable and quiet. The people at the reception is nice. In the morning, they can provide breakfast but it is expensive($10)

Hotel is located just 2 mins walk to Oslo Central Stn. Also close to city centre, shopping mall and cafes nearby. Room and bed are comfortable. Spacious enough to fit my big luggage and hang my jackets. I like how the bathroom floor is heated so I don't feel cold walking on it at night. Generally a good stay and I would book this place again next time.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Kristiansand itself is a beautiful little town, and this hotel is also great. It is in a commercial area where you can go shopping and eat. I often stay at Thon hotels when traveling for business. This one is a bit more relaxed, and it's very conveniently located next to a church. By Scandinavian hotel standards, the service is acceptable. The rooms are large with radiators, and the bathrooms are small but have underfloor heating.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. There are cheap public parking spaces at the door, but the number is limited. The hotel's own parking lot is indoors, probably converted from an air-raid shelter. There is a very narrow door inside, and drivers with poor driving skills may not be able to park in it. I saw traces of vehicles scratching the wall of the doorway.

I had a dream holiday to Norway for my 50th and this was a wonderful hotel for my nights in Bergen. It is fairly central and close to the beautiful views of Bryggen. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast was the best I had my entire trip, it had a great selection and was cooked perfectly. I would definitely stay there again.

Pretty cool hotel on a great street. I stayed here with my family while visiting Oslo. We really liked the design/decor of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was great. It's located on a street with plenty of shopping and restuarant options. It only takes 15 minutes by tram to get to the downtown/waterfront area and the trams run continuously.
