Feels budget, standard business type hotel, room does not have kettle and reception originally said there are none left, and to get hot water from the machine downstairs (bring it cup by cup) Until the wife made a reasonable but firm request to sort it, then reception went around other rooms and found us one. Parking is 150kr per day as of writing, even though there are plenty of space.

They had a new intern practising his job. He was the best. He was so helpful and nice when our family arrived. Also other staff was great!

I had very disappointing experience at this hotel.
when I picked up the two suitcases I had left with the hotel before check-in, both were partly open. One had a cover, but when I removed it, I found that about two-thirds of the zipper was undone. The other suitcase had a lock, but somehow it had been opened, the insider zipper was undone,and some of my clothes had been fallen out.
I tried to report this, but there was no phone in the room. when I went down to the reception, it was crowded with people checking in. After trying twice,I gave up as I could not find what had gone missing.
Overall, I cannot recommend leaving your luggage with this hotel.

Clean room with good shower. No hot drinks facilities in room. Could do with soft seating in reception and a few more baggage trolleys.

Defunct card.
Lived in a room for handicapped. Nice room and bed with electric adjustments. WC is mounted a bit close to the wall. Fantastic breakfast.
When ordering room i did a mistake and ordered Thursday to Saturday. And then Sunday. When i came they combined these 2 orders, but they haven't done it so my keycard was defunct.

Check in simple. Excellent breakfast buffet. Room clean and serviceable for a brief overnight stay.

Ideally located in Alta, this hotel provided exactly what we needed: a quiet place to sleep after a long day on the road, and a fantastic breakfast to get us going again. The staff was courteous and helpful, and offered service with a smile. For breakfast, I recommend being a little adventurous, the warm Norwegian Paté and Mackerel with Tomato we're my favorites - although there are plenty more conventional options if you prefer. All in all, I hope to stay here longer the next time I find myself in Alta.
