I booked a room for 8 people under one booking number via Trip.com, but when we arrived, the lady at the reception insisted that only 4 guests could stay. Despite showing clear proof of our booking for 8, the hotel refused to accept it.
Because of this, we had no choice but to book another 4 rooms at a nearby hotel, costing us an extra 3,870 NOK. If the hotel had not confirmed the 4-person limit, why would I spend extra money booking more rooms?
This incident caused both financial loss and wasted time.

I extended my stay by one night.
**Room:** For the first night, I was in a duplex room where the upstairs and downstairs shared a living room and kitchen. On the second night, I moved to a one-bedroom suite complete with a living room and kitchen.
**Cleanliness:** Good.
**Breakfast:** Plentiful.
**Facilities:** The room for my first night was on the ground floor, which was convenient. However, my room for the second night was on the third floor with no elevator, making it quite a struggle with large luggage. The upside was a balcony with a fantastic view!

I checked in on a Friday night. The hotel is located right next to a nightclub, and the noise was absolutely relentless, lasting until 2:30 AM! When I tried to complain in the middle of the night, there was no one at the front desk. I had to report the issue through Trip.com customer service the next morning. At check-out, the hotel staff didn't say a word about it; I had to bring it up myself, and their apology was just a quick, insincere 'sorry,' and that was it!

Almost in the city center. Easy to walk to pier. Great breakfast and servive from friendly staffs.

Great location with a beautiful view! The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, making for a great start to the day. Highly recommend!

The location was ok. A short walk away from main city area. Away from most tourist spots too.
