Outstanding staff This property is not a sparkling, newly built property, but is quite comfortable and has the most accommodating and helpful staff I think I've ever encountered. They made all the difference in our visit.

The room was really comfortable, clean and quiet. The only things I say would be that it needs a kettle and perhaps a microwave oven. Thank you.

This is a charmless but functional place that delivers basic comfort at a reasonable price for Norway. It seems to serve aging middle-income backpacker types who can't deal with shared showers anymore, like myself and my husband. A lot of noise trough the window.

Outdated room. Moldy and dirty bathroom. Didn't feel very comfortable there. The location was good and we liked the kitchen that we could use ( was very good equiped and mostly clean).

My room was quite worn down. This was quite noticeable when I used the bathroom. The bed was awesome. I slept very well. I even got a mini fridge! The room was quite clean. The room was ok, nice and spacious. It’s a good place when you are on a budget as you are in the city center, the room is comfortable and you have a kitchen if you wanna cook. Valentina at the front desk was great and very helpful and you have a storage room to leave your luggage after check out. Great personell. They were friendly, helpful and expedient. Excellent location. Room was well kept and showed minimal signs of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable to sleep in, wifi was serviceable. View into the yard wasn't the greatest but this also meant my room was shielded from traffic noise. Overall I had a great stay, recommended.

The hotel's style is like a hospital, as I suppose it was renovated from a hospital. We stayed in a renovated part, which was fine. The bathroom is like a hospital bathroom, clean but with a scary lamp that turns off if we don't move while showering. Too expensive for that type of accommodation. Small double beds. Breakfast is so delicious and so diverse. Only because is so good breakfast is 4 stars.

after a 7 hours train journey from Oslo this hotel is surprisingly nice. Yes I booked in advance yet it is almost empty. Nice breakfast. Lunch and dinner. Nice and clean hotel, cosy room, good price .

Clean hotel right next to St. Olav's hospital. Simple access to the hospital. The rooms are convenient, if a bit small. The breakfast is very mediocre so don't expect anything sensational. Worth it if you have business at the hospital.

Very small rooms. Breakfast and evening buffets are good. But dinner and lunch is very much like institution food. Its not a restaurant but a cafeteria.
