Hotel Norge was incredible, it is at a great location and the amenities felt very luxurious and welcoming. Specifically, the hospitality that we received from Lucy and Sebastian were top notch. Guided us on how to explore the city and helped us to 'immerse' ourselves in the Bergen culture and made the experience especially enjoyable (lowkey they deserve a raise).

Arrived late night and Karoline took care of things swiftly and attentively. Only have spent the first night and have already felt like home. Great hospitality and this hotel deserves a higher rating than what it is!

We went here for Christmas party from work. It was really well organised, great food and the service was really good. We had a great time and the hotel itself is really nice, well decorated, cosy. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a party or just dinner as well.

A quality hotel 10 min from the airport and city centre. Easy to each with airport bus and similarly bus to thr city centre. Situated next door to the Stavanfer Oilers hockey team.

The parking lot is far and inconvenient, but the room itself is fine, comparable to a budget hotel in China. Nordic breakfasts are pretty much the same at every hotel, and even wealthy Europeans can't compare to what you'd find at the University of Tokyo. The front desk lady was very helpful, and I give her a perfect 5 out of 5.

Clarion Hotel Energy made for an excellent start to the trip, from something as simple as helping me procure a lighter to serving the most lovely hot sjokolade. The sunny, airy rooms were a delight, and the service was super efficient throughout. A stay that blended warmth, comfort, and care effortlessly.

Upon checking into my first assigned room, I was delighted to discover a rather generous layer of dust on the headboard and side table—an apparent testament to how well it had been “preserved” since the previous guest. It did give the impression that housekeeping might have taken a well-deserved break prior to my arrival. Thankfully, the second room I was reassigned to was in a much more acceptable...

The hotel is very close to the bus stations, some good restaurants and also the tourist spots! The room is clean and tidy. The cleaning soap and shampoo are provided. And the breakfast has lots of choices. The sauna is great place to relax. Highly recommend!!

Hotel room does not come with bath tub even though requested during booking. Quite disappointed on this. The rest was ok.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk from bergen central station. U can request late check out. Service is excellent. But queen bed a bit small for mother and daughter so if you are 2 adult, you should order king bed or family room

Absolutely terrible service ..Given 4 minutes to pack all my belongings and leave the property due to a strike and then told to claim my money back for the remaining stay with insurance. Wasted so much of my stay having to find alternatives accomadation.why they could have not emailed the guests to inform them, concerning they knew the night before ..I will never use any radison hotel ever...

There were lipstick marks on the cups in the bathroom. The heating in the room was broken, so it was ice cold. The air conditioning was only blowing cold air. It was minus ten degrees Celsius outside, so it was freezing inside. There was no way to fix it right away. The location is excellent, very close to the cruise ship terminal, making it very convenient to visit various attractions. The room is also quite spacious and equipped with a hairdryer, iron, etc., although the window is a little small.

The room is compact, but although it is small, it is well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. You can even buy lunch boxes to pack your food, which is a great deal. A taxi from the airport costs 350 kronor, for reference. Highly recommended to friends who are in transit.

This hotel is not good, and it is not good for business. It feels like staying in a guest house. Apart from the good location, it is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Bergen. The bathroom is also bad, so it is not good anyway.

The hotel is conveniently located a 15 minute walk from the airport. The room was large and modern, with all basic amenities. There is a restaurant and a snack shop in the lobby. Perfect place to stay before an early flight!

My evening flight was suddenly canceled, leaving me stranded at the airport. By the time I sorted things out, it was already past midnight. Thankfully, there was a hotel so close to the airport, and it was really nice with a great breakfast. Thank goodness, highly recommend! 👍

Everything is good except the space. They squeezed in the rooms so small that they have put the chair on the top of the wardrobe to save the space for the guest to walk inside the room which was 2 steps for me in X and Y axis and that was it. There was a window but when I opened it it was the lobby of the floor of the hotel room.

Front Desk service was poor, expected you to realise that registration was via a computer terminal. Room was adequate and hotel very easy walk to the terminal. Evening meal was ok - salad was swamped in creamy dressing. Posted breakfast times were inaccurate.

Cleanliness,design etc. Strange that the hotel allow a faculty a coffee maker with error light remain in the room. Keeping in mind the fire danger that may pose...... This might be only a managemt problem. Failure to check rooms prior to accepting new guests.

The hotel staff's response was disappointing. They repeatedly insisted I hadn't paid, even though I had already. Nevertheless, I'm giving it a 4-star rating because of Trip.com's friendly service. Aside from that, the breakfast was delicious, and the view was nice.

We stayed a night to catch early morning flight. Nice location, clean rooms (nothing fancy but pretty good) and helpful staff. They had mini breakfast for ones leaving early in the morning. Can walk to airport but not with luggage. Bus stop is very close as well. Helped with calling Taxi as well. Recommend if you have stay close to airport.

Breakfast selections were excellent  A few hundred meters walk to the main streets either side of the waterfront  Automatic lights in the bathroom were a novelty  They turned off almost instantly during the day when you were still using the facilities but at night stayed on around ten minutes when you were trying to sleep  Shuffleboard table and games in reception were fun

Hotel location is really good. Easy to reach many restaurants. The service is very impressive . My friend just recognized at the airport that he forget his wallet and the reception managed very well to deliver it to us before our departure.

Room was too warm, and room are a little tired and worn. Stayed forvrwo weeks and cleaning towel change etc was below par for the first week, but got better in the second week. Breakfast was decent, but it is off-putting that the multiple staff gathers in full view to eat breakfast alongside guests. Never experienced that in any hotel ever after four decades of globetrotting. Strange.

Overall the hotel was very nice, but the construction and getting in and out of the parking lot was challenging.

Even though I checked in late, they welcomed me warmly. The breakfast was decent, and it's close to the altar rock. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option, I highly recommend this place.

The breakfast is very rich. P.S. It is a chain. The breakfast is the same. I ate it for three days. It is a 10-minute drive from the city center. The ferry route to Pulpit Rock is 55 minutes. The hotel is very new. Parking is free on weekends. It is very convenient. I will come again next time.

The hotel is located in the city centre, just a few minutes’ walk from the bus and train stations. Most attractions are only about 10 minutes away on foot. The included breakfast offers a good variety of options to enjoy. We travelled as a family, so the room felt a bit small for us, but it wasn’t a problem since we only needed it for sleeping.

The best! Our suite was huge with a beautiful view. We loved the rooftop cocktail bar and the breakfast was the best of our entire trip. We stayed in fancier hotels but this one was my favorite.

The hotel with good services and out of expectation breakfast. The breakfast served many varieties of food with good taste. Hotel location is near the Central Bus Station and Train Station but it has some slopes to go to the hotel that will be a bit tired for tourists with big luggage.

Great location with a 10min walk to both the airport and the wonderful Sola beach. Hotel room was fine for one night but on the small side for a longer stay with two children. Otherwise, the double bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains were great. A highlight was the breakfast buffé. It was nothing short of amazing with wonderful fresh quality products.

Knowing that we had to go to the pier to catch the boat early in the morning, they took the initiative to help us check the bus route, informed us in detail the time of the first bus, and checked the taxi fare by the way, so that we could choose by ourselves. We stayed at opposite of the main receptionist. Easy to find the location. The hotel not really do the cleaning for my first day check in. The used towel and left over the tissue at toilet. This hotel has two different wings, an old and a new building. The better rooms are located in the new building with good beds. The old building has the lobby and restaurant which is more convenient. Will stay here again if boarding a cruise is my priority.

The room was large and well-equipped. The bathroom was semi-enclosed and prone to overflowing, and room cleaning required a one-day advance reservation (there's a card in the room reminding you to do so). The hotel's location and surroundings are good, about a 15-minute walk from Central Station.

The hotel is in a great location, only 5 minutes' drive from the cruise ship terminal. There are Vietnamese, Japanese and local restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The supermarket is a little far away.

Overall, the hotel is good, like the entire Scandic chain. The location is superb, the breakfasts are delicious. We were just unlucky with our room. For some reason, ours was 28 degrees Celsius when we checked in. We couldn't get the ventilation system working, so we had to change rooms. And in the new room, instead of a beautiful view, there were only closed, broken blinds on the window that couldn...

The room was exactly how it was pictured on the website. Super comfortable and spacious. If you want housekeeping, I think you need to request it at the counter, otherwise they won't clean the room. We only had two nights so the housekeeping wasn't necessary. Supreme location and the breakfast spread was so good. Unlimited coffee and tea at the lobby was great. Unbeatable location just beside the train station and walkable to the shopping centre and old town. Room is big and spacious with a quirky ceiling which I was told was deliberate as the building was originally a carpark . Breakfast spread was good. The unpleasant experience we had was on the first night where there was a group who partied late into the night. A drunkard came banging on my room door...

Hotel in good location, walking distance to sentrum and train station. 4 mins walk to light rail too. Room is comfortable but a little on the small side. Bed is soft. The staff were super friendly and genuinely excited to share recommendations on where to go in Bergen and what to do at the Christmas market, which made our trip even more enjoyable and special. The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access from the train station platform. The sauna and gym facilities offer direct views of Lake Voss, which is highly recommended. For breakfast, they even have fresh avocados!

Hotel is located at convenient location , but not really suitable for group tours as no alighting or pick up point , it’s quite a distance away , no proper signage too as front desk located at 2nd floor , if any group having senior with difficulty in walking , not recommended , but others should be ok

The red carpet welcomed us as we arrived on the train from Oslo. This hotel in not only convenient for train travelers but also close to the gondola ( which is also at the train station ). The hotel has a nice restaurant and is also walkable to many other restaurants. We didn't have time to use the gym or sauna but the facilities were clean and the view from the gym is amazing. The hotel is close to the sea. When booking, I also emphasized that I should choose a hotel close to the sea. The environment is very good. It will be beautiful in summer. The breakfast is also rich. There is a gym next to it. It is good for running and walking around the sea.
