Best Western Havly Hotell in Stavanger

The location of the hotel is perfectly central, which is a definite advantage. Access to the building and the room via a code system works smoothly and is convenient.

That said, this accommodation is more suitable for travelers on a budget with modest expectations. The beds are fairly basic, with thin mattresses and average-quality pillows, which may not provide the best comfort for a longer stay.

The hallways appeared unfinished during my stay, with heaters placed along the corridor and sections of the walls open due to construction work. This gave the property a somewhat temporary and unpolished impression.

I attempted to contact the provided phone numbers several times but did not receive a response to calls or messages. While the absence of a physical reception is not necessarily an issue, it is important to be able to reach someone in case of questions or problems. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my stay.

For these reasons, I would personally not choose this hotel again.

Very disappointing experience with Havly Hotel.
Complete lack of consideration in human being.
They are just opened to make business and does not take into account any unexpected request you may have.
This experience has left us with a very negative feeling of the hotel and its customer service.

This hotel was, unfortunately, booked by my employer by booking.com. The booking should end on 24 of October.
My trip was business relaxed.

In Google you will find this hotel with a reception, a community room, a laundry service, etc.

Actually this is an bed and nothing hotel. There is no reception, there is no community room, certainly there is no laundry service. The contact person of the hotel is very hard to get a hold on.
There are no hotel employees, only cleaning ladies.
The bathroom is also outdated and poorly.
Toilet seat broken, shower very small, sink is small, etc.
In the room you have almost no space to put your clothes away.
The carpent is full of indefinable stains.
The beds are one person beds and poor quality matrasses.
Airco makes a sound he want to leave by jet, etc....

There is a nice street behind the hotel with bars, restaurants, etc. Really good, but not when you want to sleep.
There is a lot of rumor in the street before the hotel with people going to the bar/restaurant street, and coming back drunk, noisy, obnoxius. Not so plesant.
For me only one time. Will never come back again in this hotel.
Booked already another hotel, which is way better, cleaner, more comfortable and way more friendly.

The whole experiance was not so plesant.

Very basic hotel, rooms needs an upgrade. Minimum comfort: bed, shower, towels, toilet but all very clean. There is NO breakfast anymore (I know it before reservation), no restaurant, ... Even the reception is unmanned. You get a pincode bij sms to open the hotel frontdoor and same code for the room. So no staff available. Cheap hotel (+/- 1000Kr/night), ideal for low budget travelling, and help yourself

Stayed here many times. The hotel itself is fine and the location is good.
Reception is almost always closed and they .
almost never answer the phone.
You recieve a sms with the code to the front door/room door and this usually works okay however on my last visit the code did not work at all so I I was unable to enter the hotel. Tried calling the hotel but as usual nobody responded. Another person had the same issue and we both had to find alternative hotels but the entire evening was ruined after hours trying to contact anyone for help. Apparently not a best western hotel anymore either
After managing to finally contact the hotel today I was met with a very rude attitude and no offers or compensation.
Will forward this case to forbrukerrådet.
