Hotel pod Jedlami is a cozy and welcoming place with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The surrounding nature adds a beautiful touch, making it a great spot for a quiet getaway.

Comfortable one night business stay. Parking next to the entrance. Easy walking distance to the centre. Good breakfast, although serving it only from 8am is a bit too late.

It was a nice hotel with activities for each day. A great breakfast buffet.

A very good hotel in a quiet location, some rooms with mountain view, the breakfast served was top class.

Good spot just next to a hiking trail. Clean, safe, friendly, good food, fair value. I will return!

The Location is perfect with great views from the balcony. There is also a star watching at night which is a great touch. Not to far from the center. The staff were great. Also it was dog friendly. 100% coming again!

Everything was simply perfect. A few minutes after booking the room they called from the reception whether we need an invoice or not. Upon arrival, the reception offered us the opportunity to use the wellness either privately for an additional fee or for free with other guests. Considering that officially the hotel has 3 stars, the standard of the rooms is definitely 4* (some of the rooms are renovated, but even the older ones are well maintained). Very good restaurant. Stayed for a work conference for a week. Absolutely delightful stay, perfect for our group of 80ish. Fully catered, coffee breaks and meals. Staff was delightful, area was beautiful and quiet. Tad far from the airports, but overall a terrific location.

Indeed, we had an excellent food and very cooperative staff who are eager to help in needs. Neat, clean and cozy space to run seminars and conferences. Our personal gratitude to the ladies working at the information desk and the driver Sargei.

A weekend stay in winter. The hotel itself and the rooms were fine. Skiing facilities are available, but the staff refused to accommodate my request to turn on the boot dryer. I was told I should turn it on myself, even though there were no instructions on the device. The breakfast was tasty, but when I asked if it was possible to eat earlier than 8 a.m., I was told, and I quote, "no way." The parking...

The rooms are clean, cozy, and warm in winter. The food is very tasty, with a varied Swedish buffet breakfast. I recommend it.

Let's start with the positives: Location! You can relax in peace and quiet here. The trail to Barania Góra is right under the hotel, and of course, close to the ski jump. It's set back from the street, so it's quiet, and the rooms have balconies. There's a nice recreation room with games, table football, weights, and a treadmill. There's a playroom for the little ones, a small library of books available...

Great location for hiking or just enjoying the mountains, excellent front desk service, high standards in the rooms with good balcony, the food on site is excellent, locally the ski jumps are within 5 minute walkk & a local Zabka is 400 yards away for other room refreshments.

+ a very cozy hotel, there aren´t a hundreds of rooms with thousands of people, so it´s very ideal for quiet stay with family + great breakfast + very helpful, nice and friendly staff, you can see that they enjoy their work. Once again thank you for your hospitality. + restaurant in the hotel, but only until 6 p.m. + plenty of parking space right next to the hotel

Amazing place, very accommodate. The room was clean and cute, big bathroom. I can recommend aperol at the bar as it was one of the most tasteful I ever had! :) Ms Monika at the resection desk was super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good quality spa with amazing massages, jacuzzi and sauna which You can get for individual using. The town center is very close, only 800m maybe. I can truly recommend...

It was ok the bedroom wasnt that great the matress wanst comfy the door had a dent in it the cupboard was sticky but the breakfast was tasty and the spa was very relaxing. Bedroom 300 and 301 looked more like a staff room and badly treated and room 200 was very nice and the complete opposite.

I am not sure what kind of business is being made in this peaceful hotel in Wisla but I can defiantely guarantee it is a place to have a great SPA treatment and to relax. If you like to stay active you can go for a hike in the mountains. It is also only a short walk from the centre of Wisla. Green Hill offers great value for the price. It might have some shortcomings but offers good food, nice views...

We found the place through Booking.com. After contacting the owner, who provided all the information, we're using the apartment, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Every detail is perfect, very clean, and the apartment is fully equipped. The owner is a very nice woman, and the villa is secured, preventing outsiders from entering. A wonderful highlander cottage with a truly unique atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed from the very beginning, and the hosts proved to be incredibly helpful and welcoming. A perfect place to relax – definitely worth recommending!

A very nice place, clean, and cozy. Excellent communication with the host, a living room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen available to guests. The house is tucked away, away from the hustle and bustle, and the center is an hour's walk away. Several good restaurants are close by. For me, there are no downsides. I recommend it!

Calm and nice place. Fully eqiupped and spacious kitchen, nice garden, kind and polite owners, beautiful views. Minus - location is far away from city centre.

The hotel is beautiful, has a children's play area, the surroundings are also very nice, and the facilities are good.

Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar....

Overly priced Not bad, not great. Definitely overpriced.

The location and the property itself is just great. You won’t be disappointed. We had a Superior Room with Balcony and it truly amazing. Very spacious, clean and modern. The view is breathtaking.

Crystal Mountain Hotel exceeded all our expectations! The stunning views, luxurious rooms, and top-notch facilities made our stay unforgettable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The spa and wellness center were exceptional, offering the ultimate relaxation experience.
