Absolutely disgraceful. Do not even think of booking it. The owner/manager is greedy and extremely rude, just stole our money.
We booked 2 nights on Booking.com but didn’t read the small print that the Check in was till 7pm while we were only landing in Ostrava at 8.00 pm. The owner/manager said that he would categorically not wait for us as he gets up at 4.00 am to run his business nor he would send someone with the key.
I realised it was my mistake and said we would in that case turn up for the second night but was told that it would be treated as a No Show and I would have to make a booking and pay again. We paid for 2 nights and how would it be a no show if I explained our circumstances over the phone. They just stole our money, thieves. It should be 0 star. STAY AWAY

Izabella is located in an amazing place with a beautiful view of the mountains. Today it is a unique boutique hotel with an original interior, delicious breakfasts and dinners. Very nice and helpful hotel staff made us a great rest.

It was a very bad experience, the receptionists are rude and angry if you ask that they speak English, I would never recommend this hotel for anyone because the service is not a good approach for them. I hope to not go again in such place in the future.

One weekend night from 15-16 October was enough to meet my expectations. A cozy and attractive hotel run only by a married couple who do what they love ... with passion and heart. Wonderful and warm people, warm, friendly and open-minded. Talking with them is a pleasure. Rooms clean, tidy and cozy. On level -1, there is a playroom with a bar and a restaurant with beautiful hand-painted paintings by Mrs. Aleksandra. Rich and tasty breakfast as a buffet. Pork roasted at night heaven in my mouth 😁 A quiet and peaceful place with a climate. Exactly what I love ... without the hustle and bustle ... I highly recommend it 🤩
