Everything you need for a relaxing stay in the midst of nature. At check out they let us have the apartment 3 hours longer so we could shower after our Sunday bike ride. Can highly recommend the place and the people

The apartment is located in a truly beautiful place – peaceful, quiet, with great views. The food was delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. The entire stay was comfortable and trouble-free

Good things: - Insanely polite and helpful service. All of them: reception, bar, spa, restaurant, cleaning service, everyone. - New, clean and bright rooms with spacious bathrooms, tea and coffee

We only spent 3 days here, but our experience was perfect. We have never seen so much variety at breakfast, restaurant is simply amazing

The swimming pool was very small and just 1 jacuzzi for 125 apartments. I did not have a chance to use, because was always full of people.

Kids had so much fun in the pond and when it was raining, the indoor kids area was ready for them. Dogs were very welcome as well. They had a little surprise prepared when we arrived, as well as the bowls and pet beds

One of the highlights for our family was the fantastic playrooms for kids. The animators did an amazing job keeping the children entertained. We also really liked the outdoor pool area, especially the jacuzzi outside

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return again. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of options to choose from. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable

To be honest I was about to give 4 stars, not because anything is wrong, it's because the price to quality ratio, I mean with that price I excepted much more and maybe thats the fault that I expected more to the price I paid, however everything at the hotel is amazing, the breakfast the spa and the area

Perhaps the highest quality stay I've ever enjoyed anywhere, + wonderful location and setting. In stark contrast to these positives is the appalling "captive" WiFi system that the hotel provides for its guests

The spa is excellent, the breakfasts are outstanding, and in honor of Valentine’s Day, a special atmosphere was created throughout every part of the stay. A special mention goes to the staff

We had an issue in the room that prevented us from sleeping through the night, but it was handled quickly and in such a thoughtful way that the sleepless night was completely forgotten

Very comfortable beds, great choice for breakfast, wonderful view from the balcony 😀 as the hotel is at the hill. Free parking and the restaurant in the hotel is also good. There is nothing we didn't like.

Comfortable one night business stay. Parking next to the entrance. Easy walking distance to the centre. Good breakfast, although serving it only from 8am is a bit too late.

The Location is perfect with great views from the balcony. There is also a star watching at night which is a great touch. Not to far from the center. The staff were great. Also it was dog friendly. 100% coming again!

Nice stay Everything was all right. Very nice hotel, nice location, just if you don’t have a car, you need to walk to the steep hill (although manageable).

We used the free options and it worked out that no one was there at the time. The room was beautifully large. The hotel had the possibility to play billiards and one large room served as a playroom for children

Outside in front of the hotel was a children's playground with seating for parents. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff of the hotel restaurant, where breakfast was served, was also pleasant

Upon arrival, the reception offered us the opportunity to use the wellness either privately for an additional fee or for free with other guests

The rooms are clean, cozy, and warm in winter. The food is very tasty, with a varied Swedish buffet breakfast. I recommend it.

Let's start with the positives: Location! You can relax in peace and quiet here. The trail to Barania Góra is right under the hotel, and of course, close to the ski jump

It's set back from the street, so it's quiet, and the rooms have balconies. There's a nice recreation room with games, table football, weights, and a treadmill

" The parking lot in front of the hotel and the entrance terrace were terribly icy, but the reception staff also failed to respond to my concerns

The receptionist was pleasant in the morning, but the afternoon and evening shifts left much to be desired in terms of guest service

The reception desk should be the hotel's flagship, not a woman in a sweatshirt who can't respond to guests' requests or complaints

Room: super clean, brand new furniture, amazing views, cleaned daily and fresh towels and premium water if you want so

Sure,it was loud but fortunatelly on until cca 9-10pm -badly organized wellness, no towels/sheets available. The only option was to rent a bathrobe (20 zloty) that is a non-sense in a sauna. Slippery floor as it gets wet

Great hotel with an amazing location! It is situated very close to the Adam Małysz Ski Jump, which is very convenient. The hotel offers a nice SPA area, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or skiing

One weekend night from 15-16 October was enough to meet my expectations. A cozy and attractive hotel run only by a married couple who do what they love. Wonderful and warm people, warm, friendly and open-minded

Talking with them is a pleasure. On level -1, there is a playroom with a bar and a restaurant with beautiful hand-painted paintings by Mrs. Rich and tasty breakfast as a buffet

Izabella is located in an amazing place with a beautiful view of the mountains. Today it is a unique boutique hotel with an original interior, delicious breakfasts and dinners

The location and the property itself is just great. You won’t be disappointed. We had a Superior Room with Balcony and it truly amazing. Very spacious, clean and modern. The view is breathtaking.

It’s a lot more Blackpool-like than we would normally choose, but we didn’t have a choice as it was booked by the company that’s paying for our stay, so we have no right to complain!

We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The spa and wellness center were exceptional, offering the ultimate relaxation experience

The hotel has a good quality spa with amazing massages, jacuzzi and sauna which You can get for individual using. The town center is very close, only 800m maybe. I can truly recommend this place!

I am not sure what kind of business is being made in this peaceful hotel in Wisla but I can defiantely guarantee it is a place to have a great SPA treatment and to relax

If you like to stay active you can go for a hike in the mountains. It is also only a short walk from the centre of Wisla. Green Hill offers great value for the price

I can recommend aperol at the bar as it was one of the most tasteful I ever had! :) Ms Monika at the resection desk was super friendly and helpful

You can practically arrive with a so-called "shoe" if there's room, because the apartment has literally everything, so no need to worry. The market is very close, about a 13-minute walk

They're a complete disaster; you can't reach them while lying in bed, so you have to get up, which completely defeats the purpose of installing such lamps for this prent, which is used to direct a lamp, so it's perfect for it to end up in someone's head
