The apartment is located in a truly beautiful place – peaceful, quiet, with great views. The food was delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. The entire stay was comfortable and trouble-free. I highly recommend it.

Nice property, helpful stuff, good food

We only spent 3 days here, but our experience was perfect. We have never seen so much variety at breakfast, restaurant is simply amazing. Kids had so much fun in the pond and when it was raining, the indoor kids area was ready for them. Dogs were very welcome as well. Our second stay here, we liked it a lot, very comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment, quiet area, lots of attractions on the hotel premises for kids and grown ups.

This resort is even nicer than I expected. It’s about a 4-min drive from the Nowa Osada slope, which is a big plus in winter. The breakfast is probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had a good time at this hotel, but it’s well overpriced, parking with an extra fee which is no giving a guarantee of space. For a this price for a room parking should be included, double bed should be double, not a 2 separate single mattress which was really uncomfortable, swimming pool and hot tube was full all the time, we don’t had a chance to use them unfortunately. Room was clean and breakfast...

The breakfast was great for adults...with some specialities from Poland kitchen like pickles...also for children the pancakes. My daughter was looking forward for maskot diamond and big playroom....and ofcourse for swimming pool and jacuzzi...we both enjoyed all our time there already for third time...

However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. If your focus is to have a calm and quiet visit, I wouldn't recommend, because there are kids screaming and running since early hours to late night. This was fine for us and we understood...

To be honest I was about to give 4 stars, not because anything is wrong, it's because the price to quality ratio, I mean with that price I excepted much more and maybe thats the fault that I expected more to the price I paid, however everything at the hotel is amazing, the breakfast the spa and the area. However I don't know maybe it was Christmas price or what but for me I wouldn't go back for that...

The hotel is beautiful, modern, comfortably furnished; the food in the restaurant is delicious, there is plenty of parking. The rooms are spacious, the heating control is incomprehensible. The hotel is quite isolated outside the city of Wisła, which can be reached on foot about 5 km, or there is a bus stop near the hotel. The sauna area is very small, I can't imagine how the saunas must be full of...

Perhaps the highest quality stay I've ever enjoyed anywhere, + wonderful location and setting. In stark contrast to these positives is the appalling "captive" WiFi system that the hotel provides for its guests. I'm aware that other guests have complained about it too, and am at a loss to understand why the hotel's management is so reluctant to change it.

Excellent stay. Beautifully located, big comfortable rooms, lovely interior. Superb breakfasts and great dinners. Stayed for 4 days, went for a few walks in the location hills and did a couple of drives to surrounding historical towns ( Cieszyn, Zywiec ).
