Hotels in Ustron

We have booked this hotel for 1 week to spend here our holiday with my wife and daughter and we were very satisfied here. Very good meal, nice place with lot of posibilities for children every day - whirpool, sauna, pool, billiards, making of pizza, barbecue, playgrounds (inside, outside). I can recommend it here.

Staff not taking care about COVID restrictions. All guest are walking without masks. Play room for kids is very small, games for xbox are ~10 years old. In general I strongly dont recommend this object in high season as you will wait for everything ages (elevator, meals, playing room, swimming pool, etc).

Very clean and the hotel staff very helpful and professional.

We visited the hotel for 2 nights and I was very very satisfied. Top notch food, great wellness facilities including saunas, swimming pool and hot tubs. There are many beautiful nature walks nearby or a half-hour drive to the town of Ústroň. I have nothing to complain about.

Very nice hotel with a very polite staff. Located on the hill in the forest with a great panorama view. Big breakfast and dinner buffets. Zoo-park - attraction for the whole family situated just nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location and the pool area are definite highlights along with the grounds in general. Staff was mostly very pleasant and eager to please. The rooms were abit dated and the bedding was below my expectations. Coffee was mediocre and the AC wasn't necessarily very accurate temperature wise. The lifts are also quite busy and slow. Breakfast was decent, eggs cooked...

Wellness area is really small, the jacuzzi is still full with people mainly because of its funny size (like 3 people). Sad but truth.

We had a good time at this hotel, but it’s well overpriced, parking with an extra fee which is no giving a guarantee of space. For a this price for a room parking should be included, double bed should be double, not a 2 separate single mattress which was really uncomfortable, swimming pool and hot tube was full all the time, we don’t had a chance to use them unfortunately. Room was clean and breakfast...

The breakfast was great for adults...with some specialities from Poland kitchen like pickles...also for children the pancakes. My daughter was looking forward for maskot diamond and big playroom....and ofcourse for swimming pool and jacuzzi...we both enjoyed all our time there already for third time...

I can give a good rating, because I believe the hotel is trying to be accommodating to families and tries to provide to everyone. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. If your focus is to have a calm and quiet visit, I wouldn't recommend, because there are kids screaming and running since early hours to late night. This was fine for us and we understood...

Amazing place for visit. A hotel very nice, comfortable, awesome view, clean, well maintained.

Nice hotel and nicely fitted out rooms. Good facilities and entertainment for young ones. Low ranting is given due to the rude barman on duty while I was there. I ordered an apple juice for my wee one and he charged me for an apple pie and when I questioned him about it he was very rude. Then the next night they stated the bar was open until 10pm. When I went in the evening just before they closed...

Everything was clean and nicely done. Inside spa had warm water which was perfect. Breakfast was very good. There are also many trails to go along and explore around. Nothing bad to say.

No safe in room. One small pillow by bed. Cheap shower. Called 4 star hotel but comparable to 2 star hilton or marriott chains hotels. Ancient style climate control. So slow internet that virtually unusable. This disqualifies it as business hotel, and makes it barely acceptable as vacation place unless you are willing to forgo internet. Big disappointment overall.

We had a fabulous time in the Olympic. The staff are wonderful - helpful and nice. The food in the restaurant is delicious and a huge variety of fresh and tasty dishes. The room was spacious and had all the necessary equipment. We even got the bed for the baby without being charged extra. The swimming pool is modern and looks very good. There are two playrooms for the kids - great. I highly recommend...

Nice and helpful staff, breakfasts and live cooking 11/10, lots of animations and entertainment for children. The Spa area is clean and well-kept, the general standard of the room is more like a 3* hotel, but very clean. It is clear that the director/owner constantly monitors the facility. In general, the hotel is very well-oriented towards its guests! We'll be happy to come back ;)

Nice service, clean rooms. Location in the very center, if someone does not mind riding and honking trains, no problem. Breakfast is a plus because there is a large selection, but dinners are on average, very little choice. The downside is the small pool. The hotel is clean, the service is excellent, and the receptionists are incredibly kind and helpful. It's cozy, quiet, and comfortable. The pool has perfect water. My wife and I were there for our wedding anniversary, and we both had a very positive experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back, even with my children.

Rooms ok, beds not comfy but I guess is a 3 star hotel. Breakfast very good and lots of choice. Nice kids room and pool. You get what you payed for.

Could do with further improvements or add ons for rooms, no fridge or AC in rooms which is quite tiring during a warm season. Not enough designated smoking areas, balconies only open and close from inside. A lot of older people. Place ideal for seniors 60+, it offers a care package as a part of the price, massages and therapies.
