To be honest I was about to give 4 stars, not because anything is wrong, it's because the price to quality ratio, I mean with that price I excepted much more and maybe thats the fault that I expected more to the price I paid, however everything at the hotel is amazing, the breakfast the spa and the area. The hotel is beautiful, modern, comfortably furnished; the food in the restaurant is delicious, there is plenty of parking. The rooms are spacious, the heating control is incomprehensible. The hotel is quite isolated outside the city of Wisła, which can be reached on foot about 5 km, or there is a bus stop near the hotel. The sauna area is very small, I can't imagine how the saunas must be full of...

Perhaps the highest quality stay I've ever enjoyed anywhere, + wonderful location and setting. In stark contrast to these positives is the appalling "captive" WiFi system that the hotel provides for its guests. I'm aware that other guests have complained about it too, and am at a loss to understand why the hotel's management is so reluctant to change it.

Excellent stay. Beautifully located, big comfortable rooms, lovely interior. Superb breakfasts and great dinners. Stayed for 4 days, went for a few walks in the location hills and did a couple of drives to surrounding historical towns ( Cieszyn, Zywiec ).

Hotel pod Jedlami is a cozy and welcoming place with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The surrounding nature adds a beautiful touch, making it a great spot for a quiet getaway.

Stayed for a work conference for a week. Absolutely delightful stay, perfect for our group of 80ish. Fully catered, coffee breaks and meals. Staff was delightful, area was beautiful and quiet. Tad far from the airports, but overall a terrific location.

Let's start with the positives: Location! You can relax in peace and quiet here. The trail to Barania Góra is right under the hotel, and of course, close to the ski jump. It's set back from the street, so it's quiet, and the rooms have balconies. There's a nice recreation room with games, table football, weights, and a treadmill. Great location for hiking or just enjoying the mountains, excellent front desk service, high standards in the rooms with good balcony, the food on site is excellent, locally the ski jumps are within 5 minute walkk & a local Zabka is 400 yards away for other room refreshments.

Great hotel with an amazing location! It is situated very close to the Adam Małysz Ski Jump, which is very convenient. The hotel offers a nice SPA area, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or skiing. Highly recommended for a stay in Wisła!

Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar....

It was ok the bedroom wasnt that great the matress wanst comfy the door had a dent in it the cupboard was sticky but the breakfast was tasty and the spa was very relaxing. Bedroom 300 and 301 looked more like a staff room and badly treated and room 200 was very nice and the complete opposite.

I am not sure what kind of business is being made in this peaceful hotel in Wisla but I can defiantely guarantee it is a place to have a great SPA treatment and to relax. If you like to stay active you can go for a hike in the mountains. It is also only a short walk from the centre of Wisla. Green Hill offers great value for the price. It might have some shortcomings but offers good food, nice views...

I stayed at Biały Dworek with my son during the 2026 winter break. We came for snowboarding. It was a fantastic time. We had everything we needed right there. Everything was clean and the owner had excellent communication. We were very welcome with our dog. We were unlucky because we had a heating problem, but the problem was fixed. The only downside was the breakfast lady who pressured us to eat quickly and leave.

Owner speaks English well and impressed us with his welcoming, helpful attention. The villa is cosy, modern and spacious and the breakfast is varied and delicious. A wonderful, relaxing stay in a place that met and exceeded our expectations.
