A solid 3 star property. Everything was very clean, the rooms are a little dated and basic but very comfortable, breakfast is fantastic, and I really liked that there was a small communal kitchen on each floor. I would stay here again.

Great hotel! We were surprised that the hot tub and sauna included in price and you could just book them in advance and enjoy. The information about the hotel said onsite parking options include a garage. This was NOT true. We had to park 200+ meters away in a public garage and pay to park. Very expensive garage! Handheld shower head was broken.

Very quite bed and breakfast place. The host was super helpful, the rooms were cleaned and provided with toiletries. The breakfast was amazing and generous. But make sure you have car, otherwise use the public transport from Zakopane (bus number 11 runs every 1h until 10pm and it is reliable).

The location is great, from this place it is close to everywhere. There is also a bus stop right in front of you if you don't want to take your car. The nearest Aquapark is only 7 minutes away. Good place overall. Pros:- place is nice, pool is very good. They have lazy river, low safe amount of chlorine levels. Very good water temperature. Breakfast is good aswell, proper polish breakfast mix of meat, cheese and bread. Cons: sheets are small I am 183cm which is 6 feet. Sheets did not do past me chin. Over towel warmer never worked in 103 we stayed for 3 nights. No microwaves to warm...

I had an excellent stay in Zakopane, Poland. The hotel was truly perfect! The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. This is a good stay, well positioned in Zakopane. The rooms were spacious, and offered good natural lighting. Only gripe was that the rooms tended to get reasonably hot, even with the windows open… some provisions like a pedestal fan, or AC would be nice. Though I recognise the building is probably built for the Polish winter, thus it’s insulated to keep heat in.

The location is excellent, but the rooms are unfortunately very small. The bathroom only needs a complete renovation, not regular use (cracked old tiles, a loose toilet, mold). Unfortunately, the bed squeaked terribly with every movement. Good place for people using public transport. Only a few minutes walk from the bus and train stations. In the city centre, but quiet. Close to Krupówki. Absolutely spot on. Very close to centre with clean and comfortable rooms. Don't understand why other people always complain. We stayed at this hotel for four nighs while we spent time exploring the beautiful Tatra Mountains. Great location ..last "station" before entering Tatra National Park. Holel has free parking, nice sauna (dry/wet), swimming pool. There is no continental breakfast. Overall - highly recommend this place..To see few places around you can rent a bike in hotel lobby. Nice and friendly staff.

No automatic cleaning unless you beg! Towels are only changed if you ask! A couple is entitled to one small towel and two large towels. If you want an extra small towel, you'll be rude! The bathroom is tiny, the sink is only suitable for washing hands. The pillows are very uncomfortable. The location is excellent. Breakfast in Watra was outstanding!

It's above a bar/restaurant. The rooms all do have their own bathroom, although those are best described as oversized Toi-Toi's (portable loos). The bathroom is 360° white plastic, so whatever happens in there will surely not damage the room. Clearly thought ahead. Oh, and double beds are two single matresses placed next to each other. Unless you like sleeping in a crack, maybe wait until you're out...

Location is good, comfortable beds and view ( if you take view on mountains), nice owner. These are all the pluses. Minuses - earthquake in our room, probably because of the beer making on the 1 floor. Very small rooms with economy comfort. Pictures look much better than the reality.
