A solid 3 star property. Everything was very clean, the rooms are a little dated and basic but very comfortable, breakfast is fantastic, and I really liked that there was a small communal kitchen on each floor. I would stay here again.

Clean facility and friendly service (both owners and ladies in the kitchen). Delicious and varied breakfasts, I think that everyone will find something for themselves. There is a large ski room in the facility so you can store your belongings and dry your shoes. On the day of departure, there was no problem with extending the hotel day by 2 hours. We only stayed for one night. Enough for a very good opinion. Cleanly, nice and warm. Śniadanko great. Pension 10 minutes on foot to Term Bania. The same for the Kotelnica lift. I recommend.

We had a great stay at Malinowy Potok in Białka Tatrzańska. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient, with ski lifts and slopes nearby. A big plus is the large parking area, which is very practical for guests arriving by car. The SPA area was an excellent bonus and a perfect place to relax after skiing. This was our second year staying at this hotel, and it was just as good as we remembered. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. :)

What an amazing hotel/apartment to stay at. We couldn't have been happier staying here. Location could have been better. The room was great. And the breakfast had everything. The kids loved the waffle machine and the chocolate fountain!

We spent one night at the hotel from 23 to 24 June. The hotel is ideally located if you want to use Termy Bania - literally a few steps away. The room we got was not big, but completely sufficient. We've just returned from our third stay at Kuchtówka. We're consistently very pleased; the place is of a very high standard. The rooms are very clean, with fresh towels. We've been here twice and highly recommend it. The rooms are clean, the facility is well-maintained, and the breakfasts are delicious. It's very close to the ski bus. The owners and staff are incredibly kind. If we ever go to Białka again, we'll definitely be back.

Great modern hotel that you can literally ski from slopes to door and equally close to the Bania thermal spa. Super easy to rent skis as has a shop attached. English speaking team Friendly team in hotel who were so helpful. We travelled with 2 young children (3+5) and the hotel was perfect as they had a kids room full of a vast array of toys. Feel really bad putting this as a 3 star review as the arrival at reception was excellent and also the service at the hotel restaurant was great which would’ve made it 5 star. What lulls it down is the ski hire shop associated with the hotel. Very good location, clean, tidy. We came there on Fat Thursday and there were great, tasty donuts :) Nice, intimate hotel with nice service. The only thing I can suggest is coffee in the room. I know it's available on the buffet, but I still like to make a small cup of coffee in the morning as a kick-starter. I can recommend this place with a clear conscience

Decent location, good-sized room, stable WiFi, electronic lock. That's about it. Apparently, the pricing of this "hotel" is entirely based on location. Small blankets, tiny pillows, empty shower gel dispenser. At breakfast, guests were served stale juice diluted with water. I sincerely do not recommend it.

Mostly very good What's good: 1. Big flat in a good condition wit a kitchenet. 2. Near ski bus 3. Easy communication with owners 4. Breakfast and tea corner 5. Sauna and jakuzzi Not so good: 1. No supermarket near by 2. Ski lifts about 10 minutes walk, the roads are in bad condition Note, that the reception is "virtual"

Great hotel! We were surprised that the hot tub and sauna included in price and you could just book them in advance and enjoy. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast (not something special, but simple breakfast food such as eggs, sausages, salads, fresh vegetables etc.), the room was clean and nice. All about this villa is in one word @FABULOUS@. We stayed in the lower floor, so no views out the window. But it was closest place to breakfast / dining room, pool table, ski storage and way out to car park. It just couldn't be better. Room was super spacious. Hosts very friendly. And best of all was #BREAKFAST AND DINNER# Food was just AMAZING!!! If you spot any bad reviews about food in that place...

The location of the resort, practically behind the fence of Term Bania, is the main advantage. Rooms clean, warm, with balconies, well equipped, there is a fridge, kettle. On the first floor, a kitchenette, or rather a kitchenette, approx. 1.5 sq m. Equipped with a sink, fridge, 2-burner stove, microwave and some dishes. Very good breakfast! Comfortable rooms with modern design just our materace was slightly old. Very well located right next to the Bania and close to the city center. They are dogs friendly. I would stay there again & recommend this place.
