Willa Labelle in Zakopane

Great location and easy to find. Awesome reception staff who were really helpful before arriving emailing me with the key code to the hotel and important information. The room was really spacious. We had a triple room - 1 single bed, 1 double. It would have been great if there were 3 single beds. The room was warm so we had to open the windows but it had been snowing so I guess the heating was on max. It was really quiet until about 03:30 - people on their way home after a good Friday night! In the morning I expected noise (after reading other reviews) but didn't hear anything. The shower was decent. There were toiletries and towels. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good - a range of cold cuts, eggs, bread, etc etc. WiFi was a little bit slow - but most people probably aren't trying to work. Altogether, a really decent stay for the price and location.

I hope to be with conditioner room sometime is hot weather, I don’t like this place because the neighbor building are noisy throwing garbage and broking bottles from morning until morning next day

I thank the two girls in the reception and the girl at breakfast - a classy hotel that represents the smile of the Polish people

Customer service on reception was super , very close to shopping, only one thing NO Air condition 😬😡. Apartment is super !!!

Owners are nice friendly professional and helpful.
Rooms are nicely soundproofed.
Bathrooms and beds are both clean and comfortable. Heating and insulation are great.
Our room had flat-screen TV, fridge, lots of storage, electric kettle, comfy carpet etc.
In the corridor, you find an additional fridge, cutlery, plates, tissues, toothpicks etc..
These small things are a sign of a good philosophy from the guest house.

Zabka and ABC can be reached within 1 min walk.

There's a bus stop right in front of the house which can take you to the center

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was just okay. It was in a good location - close to the restaurants and shopping, but still quiet. The rooms were a decent size. There are stairs to go up to the room, which wasn’t a problem for us, but I know it might be an issue for some people. Overall it was a nice hotel and I would recommend it to someone looking for a place to stay in Zakopane.

Great communication from Wiktoria. It is a comfortable space. No air conditioning for us spoiled Americans, but with the cooler weather it was fine.

Great location. Super friendly staff. Apartment was quite spacious and comfortable. We were a little disappointed that it wasn't as clean as it should be. There were spider webs on the walls here and there and it definitely needed a better vacuuming. I don't mean to mislead, it wasn't filthy or anything. Also, no A/C or fans, so that was a little uncomfortable as it was in the mid 80s. And this is a wierd one, but all the doors (bedrooms and bathrooms) are frosted glass. Loxoks very cool but isn't really practical for obvious reasons. They don't block light well nor do they dampen sound. Made it a little difficult to not disturb others if you're an early riser or a night owl.. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
