Reviews
Well… I don’t know even where to start…
We were on vacation in Zakopane with my mother and my boyfriend. My mother travelled all the way from Belarus and We were all looking forward to this vacation.
Upon arrival we were checked in into the old hotel near by and not to the main new building. It was a pretty run down hotel which has nothing to do with the promoted pictures. Apparently the hotel has a 3 star “addition” which I booked by mistake as this 3 stars indicator is veryyyy small. (So marketing team knows what are they doing) The restaurant for this hotel is also completely different and not a buffet style. When I asked to pay the difference to be in another restaurant in the main building hotel reception stuff was not able to help with it. I needed to resolve this with the manager which took one day and a lot of waiting.
As cherry on the cake my 63 year old mother got very bad food poisoning and needed to stay in the bed the whole day of vacation. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, no lunch, so it is 100% from the hotel. When I pointed this out during check out hotel stuff gave me the business card of the manager and said to contact him…. Very nice problem solution….
Overall this hotel is nothing as promoted, full of screaming children and apparently bad hygiene. NEVER AGAIN
Wellness had all saunas very cold (Finnish sauna was between 86-91°C, so most of the time below 90) don't get me starter on the other saunas, they were basically ten degrees abowe room temperature, there's also no cold plunge or proper outside seating area. One of the indoor kinds playground was also closed during our stay for some conference. Morning coffe from the machine wasn't good, but you will always get good food and plenty of options to eat.
Would i go here again? Probably not, if you like hot sauna and good coffe, i recommend you look elsewhere.
Thank you very much
Best Regards
