Willa Marta M Sauna Jacuzzi in Zakopane

Really great place!
First arrival:
Finding the entrance was not easy, it is on top of the stairs. The door is sometimes locked, but you can call the number sited on the door, and they'll let you in, and show your room. Plenty of parking space, up to 10 cars can fit. Accessible for the disabled, there is parking in the level of the house, only one step is the deck to go inside.
The garden is beautiful, and well maintined. It must be flourishing in the spring and summer.
Location: Morskie Oko is very close aprox. 20 minute drive away, Zakopane centre is 10-11 minutes. The place is accesible by bus, the bus station is on the main road, but still it's about a five minute walk uphill. The bus goes from Zakopane to Morskie Oko, or the neighbouring town Cyrhla. Grocery Shops we only tried the Lidl in the centre, but there are several Zabkas in the area where you can shop for drinks, snacks or fast food.

The rooms/interior:
The rooms were clean, and very well equipped. There is a little table, two chairs, a wardrobe, a drawer, and two beds with two nightstands. The outlet placing is a little questionable, but it is managable. There is a little TV as well, but we did not use it. In the wardrobe there were hangers, we could hang our clothes, and coats to dry. The bathroom was clean, the shower is spacious. There is a vent to let the steam out, so it is not moldy at all. We got towels for each of us, and a little towel to dry our hands. There was a little trashcan as well. Tho that was the only trashcan in the room. There was also soap available.
The heating must be turned on when arriving in the room. We did not have a problem with the temperature, but heard people from other rooms, that is was a bit cold.
As for the shared space or corridors, there is also heating throughout. There are only stairs in the building, so if you booked with breakfast, you have to go to the basement level. There are trays left out, under the radiators, to dry your shoes, or umbrellas. There is a living room kind of space, where kettle, tea, coffee, a fireplace, and a little kitchen is found. There are mugs, and glasses. Also armchairs, and a table, so the whole family can be together, or with other guests. On the corridor, in one of the floors, there is a big fridge to keep our drinks or food in. It is shared by all the guests.

Breakfast:
As mentioned it is on the basement floor. The dining area is spacious, the decor and furniture are very welcoming. Two of the owners are the one preparing and cooking breakfast. The meal is served in a buffet style. The food varies of the guests, as I noticed. There are cereals, pancakes with curd cheese (delicious!!!), meat slices, hard boiled egg, vegetables, salads, different cheeses. Unfortunately I did not ask, if there are different variations for diets, but I think if it's notified beforehand it's not a problem. There is no sweetener, only sugar.

Administraiton:
You can book online on booking.com, and have requests for the owners.
Since we booked online, we payed with card, I suspect there is no option to pay there by card, only in cash.
Since we enjoyed ourselves very much, we stayed another night, unplanned! The foreign tax has to be payed in chash to the owners. (16 zł for 4 person, for 2 nights) The owners only speak polish, but they are trying to speak english for the guests! We understood each other very well, there was no problem. You get the room key, one is for the room, and one is for the entrance.

Conclusion:
Overall, it was a pleasant time we spent there, we will definitely return! 🥰🥰🥰 We had a lot of positive experiences, and we were satisfied with everything. I recommend coming here, for a pleasant stay!

We spent a wonderful weekend at Villa Marta M! This place has an incredible atmosphere – a beautiful garden, peace and quiet, the perfect conditions for relaxation and a break from everyday life.
The food is delicious, homemade, and prepared with love – we haven't eaten better pancakes anywhere! 😋
Great location – close to the Olczyska Valley, from where you can walk to Wielki Kopieniec, and a bus stop just 2 minutes from the villa makes it easy to get to other places.
The hosts are incredibly kind, the atmosphere is warm, and the comfort is excellent – ​​we wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely be back! ⛰️

Everything was very hospitable, clean and cozy. We were with family and we all had very good impressions about this place and its owner. We already want to go back there.

Another stay at Mrs. Zosia should be considered very successful. Clean, cozy rooms and delicious food for a small price were waiting for us again. The owner pleases in every way. The facility is close to the entrance to the trails (Olczyska Valley, Psia Trawka), also close to Kuźnice. Ample parking in the yard and a beautifully landscaped garden. I recommend it with all my heart!!! We will definitely return.

The location is great, from this place it is close to everywhere. There is also a bus stop right in front of you if you don't want to take your car. The nearest Aquapark is only 7 minutes away. The food is very tasty (I didn't even know many of the soups eaten there), and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. I especially recommend taking a full nutrition package to those who want to see as much as possible in the Tatras, using the time spent there to the limit. You can get along with the owner about the time of the meal when the weather surprises you or other circumstances occur. I spent my vacation there for the third time.
