Great stay at Hotel Wersal! The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Very good value for money — I would definitely stay here again.

Great value in a gorgeous hotel. Extremely central in Zakopane lots lovely resteraunts within 5-10 min walking distance. Beautiful spa / pool area. Lovely staff!

The rooms need a serious upgrade. The rest of the hotel is beautiful and it felt like we were the lower class guests in the old part of the hotel. The staff were not interested in our feedback.

For the rooms only few things are missing or need to upgrade such as the bathroom trash needed to be a bit bigger, the toothbrush kit was not available and the iron & the pad can be requested by the phone which can be done.. breakfast was good with some halal options such as scrambled eggs without bacon, pastries or roasted vegetables. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming it was a joyful stay and hoping to visit again soon

The room was large and very clean. Only 1 flat pillow on bed, in room phone wasnt working to call for another so had to go to reception in person to ask. Its a long walk as reception is in hotel next door.

Limited choice of teas in room. Had to get from breakfast room.

Room very hot, couldn't control temperature easily.

Bed very comfortable and breakfast exceptional.

Great breakfasts, rooms are nice but they lack climate control or fridge

The location was great and me and my family were able to walk everywhere easily. It was also quiet and clean. However, there wasn't any AC in the rooms or the hallways so it was pretty warm inside the hotel. We had a 2 room hotel room and we had 3 beds but 2 of them weren't comfortable.
