Wonderful place. We're leaving the apartment today. It's spacious, clean, and smells great. The equipment is excellent; I didn't expect cotton swabs or makeup remover pads. Everything is buttoned down to the last button. The same goes for the entire facility. Clean, safe, delicious food. Excellent service. It took a long time to exchange. The best hotel. ❤❤🏔

A magnificent place. The stay was pure pleasure. Professional service, beautiful rooms, and perfectly prepared. The biggest plus is the opportunity to spend time with a small child. Everything in the room is "safe," the opportunity to swim together in the pool, and the large, well-equipped playroom make it a great time without leaving the hotel. Finally, I can't help but mention the restaurant. The food was pure poetry. The menu is very varied and uniquely presented. Thank you for the opportunity to relax and have a wonderful vacation.

This was my third stay with Hotel Crocus and each time has been an enjoyable experience. The rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the restaurant that is in the hotel, many choices, even provide vegan/vegetarian options. The Hotel is located not far from the shopping/tourist district and the ski lifts and cable car to the top of Kasprowy Wierch, which is a breathtaking experience. The pool and hot tub are clean, very relaxing. I also would recommend the spa services, the staff are competent and professional. Hotel Crocus is my first choice when I plan a trip to Zakopane.

The exterior and location are great, but the rooms are dated. The pool and Spa are very good. I'd recommend it to families.

We were a party of 3 staying for 2 nights.
The hotel is located in a lovely green area with a small brook beside that is really pleasant during nights. It is clean and quite.
Unfortunately the positive finishes here.
We haven't met one smiling member of staff during our stay, even the receptionist who checked us in was very serious and not pleasant.
They advertise this hotel as a luxurious wellness, but the oposite is true. The accurate description should be: a hotel with a small swimming pool, small sauna, small steam room and no chairs or beds to relax.
The massage was good and the girls were lovely.
Before booking this hotel we ask about vegan options and specify that one of us is vegan. The options were limited to one poor meal ( rice and cauliflower). The other meat dinner was poor, too. No choices were given, no menu, not even choice between two meals. Breakfast is served in a form of bufet and quite rich. The first morning they were a few vegan options but the second there was really nothing. When we ask the breakfast waitress about it , she answered it is not her problem as this is between reception and kitchen. Her answer is unacceptable for 2* hotel, left alone 4*!
At the check out we told the receptionist about all of this, she said she was sorry.
In 2 days we spent 1000euro in three including massages and drinks, but it was dedinitely not worth it. We won't come back obviously and won't recommend!

Hi. For price what i paid is a nice option in Zakopane. Dinner was ok, location near main street (15 minutes walk).

Rooms: clean, with bottle of water, Coffee and tea. Design - so so....

Swimmimg pool - nice, clean. Jacuzzi - 1st day - ok, water was hot...2nd day...water was cold...sauna was good.

Breakfast- standart.

Great location in Zakopane with an underrated breakfast buffet and spa. Great value! There’s a lovely stream on the property and easy access to restaurant and spa. The rooms are nice enough for the value. Staff was warm and friendly during our stay.

Amazing service, place, it’s a 15 min walk from Krúpowki, we stayed before Christmas time, it was quiet. Loved the swimming pool area, it has a jacuzzi for 4, a Finn sauna and a steam sauna too, big enough. It also has a relax room. The hotel offers a wide range of massages too from 250-450 zloty (30-90mins)
The breakfast is amazing, tasty and has lots to select from!
We’ll definitely be coming back, I can only recommend! The staff is especially helpful and can tell you some places to visit during your stay!
