The buiding looks ok and the rooms are relatively clean but the beds and matrasses look terrible, worne out, like 50 years old, very uncomfortable, bumpy. Breakfast is the cheapest stuff from any grocery. Do not recommend this place.

The reception, lobby and caffeteria are nice, there is a kids play area, table tennis, billiard. The wellness spa is 1 swimming pool, which was extremely cold, couldn't go in, so we paid for jaccuzzi. Pool was better on the next day, but still only around 25-26 degrees. There is also sauna but it was broken when we were staying here. Rooms were clean, food was good, there are enough coffee machines. The location is good, it's 5-10 minutes from the centre with beautiful buildings and shops, restaurants. Overall, If you're staying for a few nights, for the weekend like us, it's a good choice. :)

The room was very small, not enough space for 2 people to pass. The is exaggerated by the 1.5 twin bed (already pushed against the wall). There are no face cloth or hand towel, so I had to wet the towel to clean my face. there is no shampoo or conditioner, only a miniature soap 1 inch in diameter. No tissue, or safe or air-conditioner. We had to leave the window open for some air but can hear the next door people. All this can be tolerated if not for one of the mattresses, it feels and sounds like one that people throw out in alleyways, guaranteeing to give you backache. No, I would not stay here again. It looks like something left over from communist's era in appearance and service that has not moved on. We have been happy with our accommodation to Poland in the last 5 days

good location near supper market - shopping mall.

Room clean - nice receptionists .
But sofa bed not comfortable - not don't have the fridge .... but need to ask reception support to keep your food 🤣

Swimming pool is small for children is ok
but sauna - jacuzzi you need to pay extra .

Breakfast is simple choose - you can request for take away 😘

The room is good. The breakfast is acceptable. The waiter does not offer drinks with the dinner. When we wanted to order, there wasn't really anything... The parking lot is 700 meters from the hotel. I think it's unbearable.

First of all the staff is not helpful, not even when I asked for further information. Not even a smile, not even a kind greeting, not even a 'good morning'. Nothing is written in English, they slightly speak some words. There's no place for parking since the parking lot was full and they don't care where you find a place to park. ( Normally on the streets where you have to throw coins into the machine. And here I don't have problem with paying the parking place, but we didn't have coins and we should have come back to throw new coins again and again... )
The breakfast is the same everyday. Some cheese, some sausages, some eggs, one kind of muesli and that's it. Ok, and one kind of juice of the poorer quality. No choices... And nothing is written, I mean no information about the food, however it must be written. If someone has food allergy, who should he ask?
One single elevator for all the hotel!?
It's quite well located and the rooms seem clean.
