Wouldnt give more than 2 stars, purely for room experiance, even though rest of the place is really nice, pool, spa breakfast really nice. But the rooms in ''old part'' of the Resort definitely needs some work done. Stains on carpets and beds, electric gone off one night, glass on bulb broken. On arrival beds not ready for a child, and not enough towels, had to chase hotel up. For what You pay its not worth, at least not in the old part not connected to the new buildings.

Beautiful views, clean rooms and facilities, nice swimming pool, the hotel has a lot of facilities for enjoy all the people. I will be back definitely.

Very nice, modern & luxury designed hotel resort, very well equipped for families with kids, adults, as well as an excelent business venue. Rooms would however deserve more maintenance, thorough cleaning & attention to detail expected from a hotel at this level (4-star grand hotel).

Excellent hotel, we are already here for the 3rd time, which is not usuall for us as we would like to visit different places. I would recommend it to our friends.

Swimming pool and saunas are great but in some days (e.g.Saturday) was quite booked. Some people wearing swimming suite in saunas (not a issue of hotel, specially when you have signs on door - no swimming suite). Other days weere ok

It's very comfortable to stay with children. The room is clean and well decorated. There is also a swimming pool and playground, which the children like very much. The buffet breakfast is good and tastes good.

Service very good and friendly. Swimming and Wellness is fine but too small a bit. The rooms are okay but a bit too loud. And you should seperate families with kids apart from guests who want the relax and have no noise stress.

Very good hotel. A large balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains. Rich and very tasty breakfast. Good spa area. Large paid parking lot, 30 zlotys per day. The room is spacious, constantly cleaned and soap dispensers are constantly filled. Far from the city center. The minuse was that the Wi-Fi connection in the room was weak, the balcony door was difficult to close and not all sockets worked. But overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
