Everything was great, there was plenty to choose from at breakfast, the room was clean, there were 4 saunas in the saunarium, there was no hair dryer in the room.

If you're coming to Zakopane for outdoor, the location of this hotel is perfect, right at the bottom of the Tatra NP. Hotel was clean and nice. The service was good too. Location was in the great place too. You get to city center so easily. However the heating system is connected to the central heating system, and there was no heating until 4-5 pm. And that makes the rooms cold until that time.

Old with BIG rooms The hotel was a bit tired, but the "room" was huge, with a living room, 2 toilets and a loft with 2 double beds. The hotel was of an older date and had no elevator, so it was a little harder to have to drag your heavy suitcase up all those stairs.

No automatic cleaning unless you beg! Towels are only changed if you ask! A couple is entitled to one small towel and two large towels. If you want an extra small towel, you'll be rude! The bathroom is tiny, the sink is only suitable for washing hands. The pillows are very uncomfortable. The location is excellent. Breakfast in Watra was outstanding!

It's above a bar/restaurant. The rooms all do have their own bathroom, although those are best described as oversized Toi-Toi's (portable loos). The front desk allowed us to check in early, so we were grateful. We needed a good rest after the overnight bus from Budapest. The room is warm with a heater, and the water pressure is good. Drinking water is provided. Location is excellent, there's a market just right beside the hotel, Costa coffee, restaurants. 8 mins walking distance to the furnicular.

The rooms are on the small side and there are few electrical outlets. There's also no kettle, hairdryer, or refrigerator. We did have clean linens and fresh towels every day. We weren't bothered by the sports café. There's also no cozy lounge, and you can drink in the sports bar. There are plenty of nice places in town for a drink. Very tidy and cozy place. Had a lot of lovely decorations at Christmas. Courtyard parking lot for your car. Has a PS3 for keeping the kids busy in dining room while you can work in the kitchen.

Very quite bed and breakfast place. The host was super helpful, the rooms were cleaned and provided with toiletries. The breakfast was amazing and generous. But make sure you have car, otherwise use the public transport from Zakopane (bus number 11 runs every 1h until 10pm and it is reliable).

We got a lovely spacious room on the top floor. Very clean. Comfy beds. A nice quiet location overlooking the hills.
