Cute place, very close to Gubałówka and Krupówki. It got cold and the owner made sure that we stayed warm. Huge plus was breakfast. It was delicious and there was a lot of variety so anyone could find something.

This is a good stay, well positioned in Zakopane. The rooms were spacious, and offered good natural lighting. Only gripe was that the rooms tended to get reasonably hot, even with the windows open… some provisions like a pedestal fan, or AC would be nice. Though I recognise the building is probably built for the Polish winter, thus it’s insulated to keep heat in.

Willa Jan is very clean and quiet and the breakfast buffet was lovely. We really enjoyed the sauna as well! Amazing place! The place is very close to town centre. Amazing views from the room. Excellent service and great choice of breakfast. Rooms were tidy and perfectly clean. Very nice experience, I booked room directly without any website, and it was cheaper. Very nice service, great breakfast, self check in possible. Staff had always smile on there face. Parking free. Near hotel there is ski point. Rynek little far to walk. Supermarket near to hotel, bus station also. I recommend to everyone.

The villa is beautiful, rooms are small, but clean and very nice. Staff were kind and helpful, breakfast delicious and diverse. The locality is quiet, approx. kilometer from centre, but there are shops in the neighborhood and restaurants as well. In front of the villa is a bus stop. Free parking is possible in the front garden of villa.

This place is absolutely amazing! I'm staying here with my girlfriend now and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this villa. All the staff are all very kind and always help if it's needed. Just “okay” at best. Clean but meager in decor and no amenities. Not special or nice or charming in any particular way. There appeared to be a great number of small charming hotels in Zakopane and this was not one of them. Somewhat noisy and although the manager had passable English, the staff did not.

Check in was ok. Room accommodations not prepared with separate twin beds, but quickly corrected. The property very attractive, and family friendly, but a lot of kids. It was very noisy and I wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub and could not visit during the hours. I was very disappointed.

The location is great, from this place it is close to everywhere. There is also a bus stop right in front of you if you don't want to take your car. The nearest Aquapark is only 7 minutes away. The food is very tasty (I didn't even know many of the soups eaten there), and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Except for the periodic random sewerage smells that linger in the air both inside and outside the room.
