Nice hotel, clean, tidy, plenty of parking. Staff helpful. Rooms a good size, balcony with lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast good. We only stayed one night but ideal for what we wanted. Good location as walking distance of the centre but out of the very busy area.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions, and the breakfast served was of good quality.

Room and placement were top-notch.

The bar was dull, both in ambience and in choice of drinks.

The breakfast buffet was also bland and severely lacking in choice.

Nice hotel, but I have never had such a bad experience. Extreme noise until 3.00 in the night, singing and shouting constantly.

Will never go here again or recommend it.

The rooms are clean, the food is perfect but the bed is terrible, is too noisy and uncomfortable.

First of all, I hate Google, but felt I liked this hotel enough to sacrifice privacy to write the review. This hotel is spotless, the rooms are nice, it is quaint, pretty and at the base of the Tatra mountains and close enough to walk to downtown or the market areas. The people are super nice and the breakfast was amazing. We have stayed here twice and have no other reason to stay anywhere else unless they are full.
