Very tired decor. Dirty looking hallways and coming areas. Staff unfriendly. Spa average. Lots of families with small kids.

This is a weird place - almost great, but suddenly horrible in unexpected places. The aquapark is great for something included in the price. Nice pub design, large rooms with balconies, decent food, facilities open quite long. Wide spa offer. But then the really weird stuff: you have to prove to a lady assigned to your floor that you have marked everything you took from the minibar in a special sheet...

Great place for family with children. Rooms are comfy, staff is friendly and helpful. The service including food is great. Spa area realy spacy and sufficient. We come again. Private parking possible. Prices are affordable.

Great location fantastic view lots of options for rainy day activities - but be aware that unlike the basic swim and jacuzzi baths bowling is a separately paid option

It is quite nice place, not a hotel, with well-equipped rooms, conference centre or children facilities, good for families, with some animations for the younger ones, including aqua park with a kind of limited access to hotel guests. The rate for the May weekend was pretty pricey.

Either my or Booking misunderstanding at the begining of our stay but the lady at the front desk, Agnieszka did a great job a got it sorted. She was so kind and went really beyond. Well Done!

Up on the hill it’s hard to walk into hotel. Shower is only handy cap style and isn’t to good technical condition. No normal ventilation in bathroom.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, near to hiking trails, good animation for kids: every day something happens, food: relatively good, very nice pools and wellness. Live music in the evenings! Generally this is how I immagine a modern 5 star hotel. Of course there are mistakes here and there: a broken window handle here, a missing toilet paper there, but no big deals.

I wouldn't call it kid-friendly (at least for 6yo and below) - difficult to get there, accessible only by car (the road has no sidewalk). Access to the pool area is dangerous - very slippery (not only for kids, for adults as well). Generally a nice hotel, with great food, but I wouldn't even consider going back there with small kids.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Very quiet place, but at the same time a short distance to hiking trails, the ski slope and the center of the city Karpacz. Hotel used to the creme de la creme of Orbis hotel chain. But that was long time ago…. Now the glory days are over, and the main advantage are the huge area occupied by hotel grounds (tennis courts!) and huge parking lot. Service is mediocre, rooms worn out. Still good value for money - at least off-season, but the glory days are over and not likely coming back.

Phenomenal !!!! My daughter (16) and myself decided to re-start ski-ing and snowboarding in Karpacs. We picked the.e mercure hotel, allthough it is not directly located at the ski Arena. The room is not too big, but it is enough to do proper endurance or strength training in a hotel setting. Equipment in good condition and good quality. The lobby, bar and restaurant is all modern and clean. Prices very reasonable. Food selection was fine and tasted delicious. Breakfast had plenty of choices. The room was dated but very clean. Business stay for 2 nights. Very clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a superior room, very clean, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, soft clean towels. Good breakfast and catered for Gluten free. Only downside was the bar closing at 10pm but I don’t know if that is a local thing 🤷🏻‍♂️. Swimming pool again very clean and the water was heated to 29 degrees.

In all it was good value for money. The breakfast was amazing 😍. The lobby area looked nice and there was some stuff to do. The bedroom and bathroom was a bit dated but for the price I wouldn't normally complain. We didn't get to use the pool or gym so can't comment on that. The hotel was spotlessly clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed and the hotel staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

This hotel is really lovely and charming in a great location. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the bathrooms are modern with nice hot water. The hotel overall is clean with excellent staff all around. My only complaint is about the restaurant. The breakfast charge was ~$45 Canadian per day and I did not know this until I received the invoice which was charged in PLN. For coffee, yogurt and fruit...

Beautiful surroundings, the hotel looks fresh but some rooms are clearly outdated. The food is okay, a bit bland. Heating in the room barely worked. And the TV kept going on with an annoying ad when you entered the room.

I can give a good rating, because I believe the hotel is trying to be accommodating to families and tries to provide to everyone. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. The Panorama + apartment is roomy and comfortable and we do like coming here. Nonetheless a few (minor) things need fixing such as heavy creaking of stairs in at the half-landing in particular. The downstairs shower cubicle is difficult to get into and out of for a well-built person. The shower heads have a nasty habit of travelling down and are awkward to keep still.

We visited the hotel for 2 nights and I was very very satisfied. Top notch food, great wellness facilities including saunas, swimming pool and hot tubs. There are many beautiful nature walks nearby or a half-hour drive to the town of Ústroň. I have nothing to complain about.

Staff not taking care about COVID restrictions. All guest are walking without masks. Play room for kids is very small, games for xbox are ~10 years old. It's an amazing place to refresh yourself, access to the SPA zone (swimming pool and variety of different saunas, two jacuzzis, terrace, etc.). Surrounded by forest, which brings peace to your mind. The food is rather good as well. The only downside is the price of course, it's slightly more expensive than I would expect (~20% less). However, you get what you pay for. Whole experience ruined on the last day. I have visited this hotel for a weekend including SPA program. On the last day I have found out that last treatment in SPA that was planned by hotel staff is finishing later around 11:30 then the time I have to leave my room 11:00. Perhaps the highest quality stay I've ever enjoyed anywhere, + wonderful location and setting. In stark contrast to these positives is the appalling "captive" WiFi system that the hotel provides for its guests. I'm aware that other guests have complained about it too, and am at a loss to understand why the hotel's management is so reluctant to change it.

Excellent stay. Beautifully located, big comfortable rooms, lovely interior. Superb breakfasts and great dinners. Stayed for 4 days, went for a few walks in the location hills and did a couple of drives to surrounding historical towns ( Cieszyn, Zywiec ).

The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones...

To be honest I didn't really enjoy this hotel. The check in was quick. We were given a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. There was no hot water in the room all two days of our trip, also no fridge, kettle or slippers. Hearing from the rooms next to us is strong. We went down to the reception of the pool where we borrowed two bathrobes (for which at checkout had to pay 60 Polish zlotys, it is not...

Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection! We will definitely come back.

Things to improve: WIFI has issues with bandwidth to the extent that you cannot really use it. The milk, yogurt etc. are not really cold. There no English speaking TV channels
