Bywało lepiej. The hotel has potential, but unfortunately, in its current form, it’s hard to recommend. The rooms are clean, but the furnishings have seen better days. The only negative points what was in a hotel was temperature in main hall when you going to kinder room or swiming pool it was really cold even you just go few meters to the place from the elevator. All others as room (clean and big) restaurantwith breakfast and dinners reall big options of delicious food. The venue is a bit outdated and old. Definitely needs renovation. Service is not bad, however, the front desk always felt like it was undermanned.

A Great weekend’s gateway spot. Big hotel with lots of entertainments. Big crowds to be expected over the weekend, but you don’t feel it as the place is huge and well organised. Amazing food variety

Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar....

We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious but still annoying. Evening upon check in we had decide to complain to reception. We have been serviced by Deputy Hotel Director Mr. Krystian K. who resolved all issues timely with a smile...

I spent a week on hotel with two small kids. It was great time. We enjoyed food very much as well as kids indoor playground and pool. I will recommend that hotel to anyone who want to have quality time. Stunning views and great high quality rooms .

Hotel is nice, great area for kids. We have been there with our little one and he enjoy it. Food was medium (not great, not terrible). Room was ok, but TV should be at least connected to the Internet, if this is 5star hotel (no youtube, no netflix). Location is in woods with great view, but is little bit out from everything (1,5 km into the steep hill makes for walking difficult)

It’s a lot more Blackpool-like than we would normally choose, but we didn’t have a choice as it was booked by the company that’s paying for our stay, so we have no right to complain!. Huge number of flashing lights in the public areas, lots of kids running around but it’s half-term so it’s expected. This is a weird place - almost great, but suddenly horrible in unexpected places. The aquapark is great for something included in the price. Nice pub design, large rooms with balconies, decent food, facilities open quite long. Wide spa offer. But then the really weird stuff: you have to prove to a lady assigned to your floor that you have marked everything you took from the minibar in a special sheet...

Great place for family with children. Rooms are comfy, staff is friendly and helpful. The service including food is great. Spa area realy spacy and sufficient. We come again. Private parking possible. Prices are affordable.

Great location fantastic view lots of options for rainy day activities - but be aware that unlike the basic swim and jacuzzi baths bowling is a separately paid option

It is quite nice place, not a hotel, with well-equipped rooms, conference centre or children facilities, good for families, with some animations for the younger ones, including aqua park with a kind of limited access to hotel guests. The rate for the May weekend was pretty pricey.

Either my or Booking misunderstanding at the begining of our stay but the lady at the front desk, Agnieszka did a great job a got it sorted. She was so kind and went really beyond. Well Done!

Room was very clean, well equipped, nicely smelling, spacious, with little kitchen corner, beautiful bathrooms (2 bathrooms), coffee machine with everyday fresh coffee capsules delivery. Being a regular customer here for work, I want to extend my compliments to all the great staff of this hotel. All of them are always available and helpful and make my stay always a pleasant experience. As for the facility, rooms are not too large, but comfortable and very clean. Some have Nespresso machine too. Breakfast is excellent, comprehensive of a large variety of quality foods and kind staff...

Great hotel in the heart of Katowice. Breakfasts are amazing, the service is efficient and polite. The only drawback is that on some days, the water pressure and temperature was really low, so proper bath or even shower was difficult.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel staff is the kindest. Only improvement needed is availability of charging adaptors for foreigners like me. Overall it is still the best hotel. Very good hotel reasonable prices great place to stay

It's a really nice hotel and they have tried hard to make everything perfect. The pool and other amenities are great. Staff have some English but you'll struggle if you need to have a more complex conversation if you don't know any Polish

We visited the hotel for 2 nights and I was very very satisfied. Top notch food, great wellness facilities including saunas, swimming pool and hot tubs. There are many beautiful nature walks nearby or a half-hour drive to the town of Ústroň. I have nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location and the pool area are definite highlights along with the grounds in general. Staff was mostly very pleasant and eager to please. The rooms were abit dated and the bedding was below my expectations. Coffee was mediocre and the AC wasn't necessarily very accurate temperature wise. The lifts are also quite busy and slow. Just came back from our summer family holiday. I think I have never been to such amazing hotel. Standard room was spacious and clean - king size bed with comfortable mattres, couch,tv, fast internet, balcony, bathroom with shower. I like hotel's staff. They were allways in a good mood and very kind to us. Dinners and food in general were delicious: allways wide range of dishes, side dishes, vegetables...

Had a 4am check in and provided with a 1.30pm later check out. Room was spacious and bed comfy. Breakfast was diverse. Location was central. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Staff were polite, service minded in person and via email correspondence.

I stay here most of the time when I come on business trips. The price is very cheap and the breakfast is not bad. And parking is free. The accessibility to the city is very good, so it is good to stay at an affordable price.

This hotel is very modern and just how I normally like hotels. The room was a bit tight for what I have experienced in Poland. The Staff where super friendly and helpful. but sleeping here was impossible as the room was super hot and suffocating so we had to open the window and with the window open there is no way of sleeping due to the rail way behind the hotel, so all night almost every 30 minutes...

The hotel is super city centered, and the staff here are nice and friendly. However, the room equipment is not satisfying,: very small single quilt was provided, and the mattress for a queen bed was putting two single bed mattresses together.

Things to improve: WIFI has issues with bandwidth to the extent that you cannot really use it. The milk, yogurt etc. are not really cold. There no English speaking TV channels

Spent three nights here. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Food selection every day was so generous and tasty. Swimming pool was a definitive plus, we used it every day. I also have to mention people in the hotel were super nice and and attentive. What else can I say, but see you in the winter during skiing season. Can't wait!

Overall experience was good. The hotel needs some slight refurbishments but overall I had a nice room. Kudos for the water fountain in the corridor outside of the rooms.

I always use this hotel when I am travelling with my family. It's clean, they have family rooms-that's a huge advantage. Nice breakfast, not a lot of dishes but it was really tasty and fresh. Good service and I love Fiat 126p in lobby :)

Nice hotel with nice view. Breakfast and dinner are excellent but I would appreciate breakfast earlier for example from 7:30 ( now from 8:00). The spa area is nice, but very crowded especially in the late afternoon. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Unfortunatelly there is no possibility to self- regulation of the heating so the room was very hot.

We were there for three nights (3 adults and one child). It is a medium-sized hotel with an absolutely great atmosphere. The pool is perfect, everything is in one building, and they have an absolutely amazing breakfast. The staff is absolutely pleasant everywhere. We are thinking of going back.

This hotel has a great spa area with superb saunas and a salt room. Loved the performance from the sauna master and live gong music in the evening. Honeycomb from a beehive in the back of the hotel was served for breakfast among other local food (see picture 🍯) Great neighborhood and feels like a local mecca for mountain biking with great tracks on both sides of the boarder.

My wife and I booked a room for two nights at this hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the centre of Cieplice, a quiet place with restaurants and cafes, and next to the hotel is the huge park of the district with the thermal baths. Rooms were nice and clean, the appartment complex included a simple gym and games hall with billiard and games. We totally loved the breakfasts and dinners here. Wellness is fine, although a bigger sauna and cooling room would be appreciated. as it is in common space with the swimming pool, you have to wear swimsuit and guests often visit sauna right from the pool, this is not how it should be:)

Excellent location near the spa park. Nice rooms well equipped. Excellent food in the form of a buffet for breakfast and dinner or a la carte. Service is slower with poor English. The wellness is not bad, but from 19:00 unattended and suffering from a lack of towels and rude guests who occupy the whirlpool for 60 minutes and at the same time block the sunbeds.

Really great hotel, with unbeatable location in Polanica. Lavish buffet breakfast with home made products (ham, pate, bread, cakes, smoked trout) ...were absolutely delicious ! I also enjoyed a cup of coffee on an outside terrace overlooking the Zdrojowy Park, one of the main attractions of the city. Can also recommend Ania in SPA for facial treatments :) It is a place where the staff truly care about...

We had a great stay in the apartment. Place was new, super clean and comfortable. Underground parking is a great option in cold weather. Location can’t be better if you want to be in the town centre , walking distance to all restaurants and the park. We rented a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. As we travel with our toddlers, the outside patio and playground was a great bonus.

Could do with further improvements or add ons for rooms, no fridge or AC in rooms which is quite tiring during a warm season. Not enough designated smoking areas, balconies only open and close from inside. A lot of older people. Place ideal for seniors 60+, it offers a care package as a part of the price, massages and therapies.

It's a very nice hotel, the facilities here are very good aswell I especially liked the wee TV room with individual TVs and recliners. The reason for my lower rating is because the staff here are horrible, especially the blonde girl on reception. My wife speaks fluent polish and anytime we asked the reception for information or help they where nothing but rude to us and expected us to know ourselves...

For me, it's a gem next to the market square. I paid very reasonable money for a tasty roll with dumplings and broth in the set of the day offer, I was warmed up and well-fed, so I was satisfied. The period atmosphere is quite interesting, and the waiter tries to make sure everything is ok 👍 Thank you 🙂

I rate breakfast at the Katowice hotel as satisfactory with a plus, and dinner and the main dish of the day are very good. The big advantage of this restaurant is the large glass windows through which we can see a beautiful park with lush trees.

Great food according to tradition, so it will be ready on Friday, very tasty creme onion soup with croutons and golden cod. Very good food. Elegant and very clean interior. Nice service at a high level. I recommend ! If anyone criticizes you, it's just poor competition...!
