The apartment was perfectly clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool, and the staff was very polite and helpful. However, there were a couple of downsides for me: there were no disposable slippers provided in the apartment, and there was no daily housekeeping service, which I consider a minus.

We didn’t have breakfast in the main building, which we were not informed about in advance. The breakfast was therefore very poor with a very limited selection. We had such an amazing trip! Exactly what we wished for! Since the first second we stepped in we knew this would be the perfect vacation. Staff took amazing care of us. I had the best stay at St. Lukas! I cant wait to go back!! Big, spacious and clean hotel rooms. Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped us to rent e-bikes. I forgot to take pictures, but overall it was great! The room was spacious, the front desk was open 24 hours, and they offered free luggage storage. It's super close to the station, only a five or six-minute walk. There's also a shopping mall right next door. Very convenient!

Great quality in a classic Katowice hotel, a full and deserved 4 stars, not fake!

This accommodation boasts a great location and a delicious breakfast. The beds are incredibly comfortable, to mention. While some staff members weren't entirely professional, the overall service was excellent. The rooms facing the street offer great views, though they can be a bit noisy. There are many good restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to the train station.

Good restaurant and service, location is, well it depends where do you need to be but it isn’t the best. Rooms, ok, quite generic design but comfortable.

We recently stopped this weekend in room 517. The hotel was nice and clean with good facilities. The breakfast was really nice but found the choice for evening meals very limited. The location of the hotel wasn't ideal and far from the city centre. The lady who works in the bar and reception was brilliant and helped us a lot and even ordered us a Pizza Hut! On the whole... an enjoyable stay.

Very clean and beautiful resort. Great for families with kids. Big aquapark with slides, wavepool, and a wellness for a small extra cost. Nice little town and good hiking trails. Just the road from Czech boarder is very narrow and winey. So if you have kids that get car sick, prepare.

Everything is fine,,, for example, there is free access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi,,,, in the room there is a TV, a fridge, a safe, glasses, a plate,,, there are also towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer,,,, it's a pity there is no kettle,,,, in the club, for example, there is bowling, billiards and even on Saturdays you can dance ☺️

We visited the aquapark at Sandra SPA and had a great experience! The water was warm, everything was very clean, and the whole place is well-maintained. It’s perfect for families with kids there’s plenty for them to do but also great for adults thanks to the quiet zones where you can relax and unwind. A great balance of fun and relaxation for everyone!

This is a weird place - almost great, but suddenly horrible in unexpected places. The aquapark is great for something included in the price. Nice pub design, large rooms with balconies, decent food, facilities open quite long. Wide spa offer. But then the really weird stuff: you have to prove to a lady assigned to your floor that you have marked everything you took from the minibar in a special sheet...

"spa" is a pool and sauna but the biggest issue we had was the room being too hot. No AC, no fan and radiators permanently on. Hotel is cheap but very dated. Heating issue not resolved and was offered to move room but that was too little too late.

It feels a bit old and is a bit far from the city center, plus you have to pay for parking. The restrooms are quite dilapidated. The faucets are faulty. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but the taste is good.

The only thing to bear in mind is that in the street-facing rooms you can hear a bit of the city noises (trains passing by, etc.) through the close windows, so if you want a complete quiet ask for a courtyard...

We have booked this hotel for 1 week to spend here our holiday with my wife and daughter and we were very satisfied here. Very good meal, nice place with lot of posibilities for children every day - whirpool, sauna, pool, billiards, making of pizza, barbecue, playgrounds (inside, outside). I can recommend it here.

Staff not taking care about COVID restrictions. All guest are walking without masks. Play room for kids is very small, games for xbox are ~10 years old. In general I strongly dont recommend this object in high season as you will wait for everything ages (elevator, meals, playing room, swimming pool, etc).

The hotel has very good location for the specific city of Katowice within five minutes' walk from the railway station. The room is comfortable and spacious, with very good mattress providing for nice and healthy sleeping conditions. Had a 4am check in and provided with a 1.30pm later check out. Room was spacious and bed comfy. Breakfast was diverse. Location was central. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Staff were polite, service minded in person and via email correspondence.

I stay here most of the time when I come on business trips. The price is very cheap and the breakfast is not bad. And parking is free. The accessibility to the city is very good, so it is good to stay at an affordable price.

The hotel is quite isolated outside the city of Wisła, which can be reached on foot about 5 km, or there is a bus stop near the hotel. The sauna area is very small, I can't imagine how the saunas must be full of...

Perhaps the highest quality stay I've ever enjoyed anywhere, + wonderful location and setting. In stark contrast to these positives is the appalling "captive" WiFi system that the hotel provides for its guests. I'm aware that other guests have complained about it too, and am at a loss to understand why the hotel's management is so reluctant to change it.

I can give a good rating, because I believe the hotel is trying to be accommodating to families and tries to provide to everyone. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. If your focus is to have a calm and quiet visit, I wouldn't recommend, because there are kids screaming and running since early hours to late night. This was fine for us and we understood...

Dielis is a spacious hotel with spacious rooms, although the equipment is older, everything works. As a 4-star hotel, it could be more prepared to receive guests, especially if guests from abroad need internet, because it was said that it is overloaded with many guests.
