I had a very poor experience with the Wi-Fi in our room. The connection was extremely slow and unstable, especially in the evenings when it often felt more offline than online. Really nice Hotel. Very clean rooms. Corridors are really well maintained, they smell so good and very clean! The buffet breakfast and dinner are divine. The aquapark under it is very nice, with lots of hot tubes inside and outside. Really entertaining. The restaurants are regionally thematic and really pleasant.

Wonderful big hotel with many many things to do inside. I strongly recommend the big Aquapark they have inside and the spa!

Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar....

We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious but still annoying. Evening upon check in we had decide to complain to reception. I spent a week on hotel with two small kids. It was great time. We enjoyed food very much as well as kids indoor playground and pool. I will recommend that hotel to anyone who want to have quality time. Stunning views and great high quality rooms .

It is quite nice place, not a hotel, with well-equipped rooms, conference centre or children facilities, good for families, with some animations for the younger ones, including aqua park with a kind of limited access to hotel guests. The rate for the May weekend was pretty pricey.

Up on the hill it’s hard to walk into hotel. Shower is only handy cap style and isn’t to good technical condition. No normal ventilation in bathroom.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, near to hiking trails, good animation for kids: every day something happens, food: relatively good, very nice pools and wellness. Live music in the evenings! Generally this is how I immagine a modern 5 star hotel. Of course there are mistakes here and there: a broken window handle here, a missing toilet paper there, but no big deals.

I wouldn't call it kid-friendly (at least for 6yo and below) - difficult to get there, accessible only by car (the road has no sidewalk). Access to the pool area is dangerous - very slippery (not only for kids, for adults as well). Generally a nice hotel, with great food, but I wouldn't even consider going back there with small kids.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Very quiet place, but at the same time a short distance to hiking trails, the ski slope and the center of the city Karpacz. Clean; no weird odors. Breakfast plentiful- over 100 items to choose from with tables inside or on the balcony outside. Walking distance from main rail station with shops and malls next door. All in all a good experience. A mini fridge would be nice in the hotel room. There was an issue with the shower - suddenly hot then freezing cold- but it only occurred once during a two day stay.

The bed is too small, the pillow is a square pillow, too high, it's hard to sleep well

Hotel used to the creme de la creme of Orbis hotel chain. But that was long time ago…. Now the glory days are over, and the main advantage are the huge area occupied by hotel grounds (tennis courts!) and huge parking lot. Service is mediocre, rooms worn out. Still good value for money - at least off-season, but the glory days are over and not likely coming back.

The room is not too big, but it is enough to do proper endurance or strength training in a hotel setting. Equipment in good condition and good quality. Pro: Food was great at restaurant Cons: no hot water, it was even dirty brownish water, they said within 1 hr but that was not the case and they said the same for our other collegues on different times.. also the aircon was not working , 18 degree in the room with cold water was a night mare.. the room had a very narrow desk for working and just on working area placed a huge TV blocking the head space...

We recently stopped this weekend in room 517. The hotel was nice and clean with good facilities. The breakfast was really nice but found the choice for evening meals very limited. The location of the hotel wasn't ideal and far from the city centre. The lady who works in the bar and reception was brilliant and helped us a lot and even ordered us a Pizza Hut! On the whole... an enjoyable stay.

For me, it's a gem next to the market square. I paid very reasonable money for a tasty roll with dumplings and broth in the set of the day offer, I was warmed up and well-fed, so I was satisfied. I rate breakfast at the Katowice hotel as satisfactory with a plus, and dinner and the main dish of the day are very good. The big advantage of this restaurant is the large glass windows through which we can see a beautiful park with lush trees.

Business stay for 2 nights. Very clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a superior room, very clean, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, soft clean towels. Good breakfast and catered for Gluten free. Only downside was the bar closing at 10pm but I don’t know if that is a local thing 🤷🏻‍♂️. Swimming pool again very clean and the water was heated to 29 degrees.

The bedroom and bathroom was a bit dated but for the price I wouldn't normally complain. We didn't get to use the pool or gym so can't comment on that. Beautiful surroundings, the hotel looks fresh but some rooms are clearly outdated. The food is okay, a bit bland. Heating in the room barely worked. And the TV kept going on with an annoying ad when you entered the room.

The Panorama + apartment is roomy and comfortable and we do like coming here. Nonetheless a few (minor) things need fixing such as heavy creaking of stairs in at the half-landing in particular. The downstairs shower cubicle is difficult to get into and out of for a well-built person. The shower heads have a nasty habit of travelling down and are awkward to keep still.

Staff not taking care about COVID restrictions. All guest are walking without masks. Play room for kids is very small, games for xbox are ~10 years old. The food is rather good as well. The only downside is the price of course, it's slightly more expensive than I would expect (~20% less). However, you get what you pay for. Will definitely come back to revitalize

It's really nice to be here. The staff is really nice and welcoming. I think that it's the most beautiful hotel I've been to. There is so much to do here. You can bike, swim and go to the spa. It's my third time being here and I will definitely go back to this amazing place in Polanica Zdrój

Whole experience ruined on the last day. I have visited this hotel for a weekend including SPA program. On the last day I have found out that last treatment in SPA that was planned by hotel staff is finishing later around 11:30 then the time I have to leave my room 11:00. A wonderful hotel, nice rooms , relaxing Spa and in beautiful surroundings. Not getting a fifth star is due to below average food!
