When it comes to food options for vegans—where I also need to use many vegan products because I’m allergic to gluten, nuts, dairy, and I can’t eat some vegetables—it was so limited that it’s shocking how such a large hotel cannot provide for vegans or vegetarians

” How can someone not know whether a product contains an allergen? Additionally, the lady at the entrance to the canteen told me that each dish would be labeled with potential allergens

Additionally, when I asked the lady to make scrambled eggs without fat because of my allergy, she just frowned at me and said, “How can you not use fat?” Unfortunately, I can’t

That was also inappropriate behavior, and in my opinion, the canteen staff should not speak to guests in this way

Unfortunately, there was no such thing, so that’s a huge minus

Overall, the hotel is huge, there’s a large pool where you can have a lot of fun, kids can have a great time with their family, there’s plenty of relaxation space

I spent a week on hotel with two small kids. We enjoyed food very much as well as kids indoor playground and pool. I will recommend that hotel to anyone who want to have quality time

For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that

Brand new hotel and you feel the freshness of everything. Good equipment, shower stuff etc. Beautiful view from balcony, and nice swimming pool. Good enough food in the buffet for dinner

Nothing serious but still annoying. Evening upon check in we had decide to complain to reception. We have been serviced by Deputy Hotel Director Mr. who resolved all issues timely with a smile and understanding

Great location fantastic view lots of options for rainy day activities - but be aware that unlike the basic swim and jacuzzi baths bowling is a separately paid option

But then the really weird stuff: you have to prove to a lady assigned to your floor that you have marked everything you took from the minibar in a special sheet - you are basically treated like a thief in the making

Ignoring the treatment of the customer, basic math tells you that the guests will quickly spend more at those machines than they pay for a full day of parking

The lady at the reception desk told us that we are forbidden from doing that because our parking expired with the room and we must leave within 15 minutes

Then when we checked out from our room, we wanted to stay a little longer to play the machines in the pub area (air hockey etc

Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Variety of choices, hot dishes, fresh juices, sweets that were mouth-watering, fresh coffee, different types of milk and lots of polish delicateses (herring, pastet, gellies)

Being a regular customer here for work, I want to extend my compliments to all the great staff of this hotel. All of them are always available and helpful and make my stay always a pleasant experience

As for the facility, rooms are not too large, but comfortable and very clean. Some have Nespresso machine too. Breakfast is excellent, comprehensive of a large variety of quality foods and kind staff

Second time in this lovely hotel and it was again perfect. Very cosy rooms very well equiped with an iron and ironing board. Very clean, stylish. Great location. I loved the 12:00 check-out!

Situated in the city center, close to the railway station and surrounded by nice restaurants, I would highly recommend this hotel either for a visit or work!

Standard room was spacious and clean - king size bed with comfortable mattres, couch,tv, fast internet, balcony, bathroom with shower. They were allways in a good mood and very kind to us

Breakfast was decent, eggs cooked to order would have been nice. That being said I think this is a solid four star hotel but I think it needs to improve on a few things before earning 5 stars

The rooms were abit dated and the bedding was below my expectations. Coffee was mediocre and the AC wasn't necessarily very accurate temperature wise. The lifts are also quite busy and slow

The wellness & spa area also has a wide range of possibilities. The cleanliness in the pool and sauna area is almost exemplary. We also hope that the hotel's offer will be expanded in this respect as well

We were there for three nights (3 adults and one child). It is a medium-sized hotel with an absolutely great atmosphere. The pool is perfect, everything is in one building, and they have an absolutely amazing breakfast

None of the staff tells visitors about the additional access to the pool , so all new clients go to the hotel robes to the pool through the restaurant!?) We handled ourselves on the second day

Just a shame that clients put their towels on the beds in the morning for whole day, So we hardly ever had a place to lie down. But Will be coming back for sure 🤙

Honeycomb from a beehive in the back of the hotel was served for breakfast among other local food (see picture 🍯) Great neighborhood and feels like a local mecca for mountain biking with great tracks on both sides of the boarder

The hotel also has a swimming pool with slightly salty water, which is great, hotel guests can swim in it for free for two hours a day. The rooms look a bit like they did in the early 1990s

The toilet also had low water pressure: it was difficult to flush. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, although the fruit buffet breakfast was watermelon, nothing else. The young lady working at reception on 09

com, room 307 was advertised as 'air-conditioned', but the air-conditioner was an old standing ventilator. In the bathroom, the shower just drips water due to low water pressure, so showering is not very pleasant

The wellness is not bad, but from 19:00 unattended and suffering from a lack of towels and rude guests who occupy the whirlpool for 60 minutes and at the same time block the sunbeds

as it is in common space with the swimming pool, you have to wear swimsuit and guests often visit sauna right from the pool, this is not how it should be:)

The food, natural, not artificially processed, delicious, mouth-watering, highest quality served with sincere hospitality spirit. The spa area gives opportunity to heal and restore your body and soul

In addition, I am willing to remark the will, readiness to meet, solve and overcome any inconvenience which may always appear, putting the guest 's comfort at the first place

Rooms were nice and clean, the appartment complex included a simple gym and games hall with billiard and games. We totally loved the breakfasts and dinners here

Not good service for a hotel, when we have traveled anywhere else in the world hotels are usually friendly and very forthcoming with help and information on the local areas because they know you are a tourist, but not here

Also the waiting staff in the restaurant, the staff on the bar and also the reception staff never smiled once the whole time I was here, not just to us but to all customers and this doesn't create a nice atmosphere

I also didn't like the fact that there is someone working on the reception over night but you cannot buy anything from them like water or a cola, or no mini bar in the room

Decent place with decent pool and good breakfast. Walls have some moist and need to be renovated but apart from that is a super retreat

Very unique type of accommodation. One of the best wellnesses, included in a price, one can get! Kitchen like a homade style of cooking. I would suggest to put more emphasis on cleaning

The dining room is even large for such houses, the kitchen is not for guests. First, I was afraid because the comments did not bode well. I got a room with the guardian at number 3. There is television and internet

The wardrobe has huge furnishings and we have a toilet together with a room. I'm happy! I highly recommend. I was still in the city near the pearl, it is not so far away and not too big

The food is tasty and not expensive for such a big one. I chose jam pancakes and I will say. I was surprised! The pancakes were large and covered with warm chocolate

Parking is, as someone wrote, you can't call it parking, it's normal for plots. The manor is fun, there is a trampoline, swing and sandpit under the name ZOSIA 😂

The room was amazing, not much, we came spontaneously with a partner in a wheelchair, we called 30 hotels, rooms for rent, apartments - password wheelchair - no ROOMS, PLACES, ETC, here we found our place on earth, the owner was helpful, nice, she welcomed us like no other person The room is tiny, but something beautiful for us even in a wheelchair

The hotel is just beautiful, it's amazingly designed. I felt well looked after. Everything was great from the room, restaurant, garden, beautiful surroundings and staff. Also SPA was awesome.

I will give 5*, but the hotel staff have some room to improve about English knowledge. Besides that, it was a really good experience. We spent 5nights with a very reasonable price
