Stayed at the Willa Port for a couple of nights away with work and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We’d arrived there via hire car from Gdansk airport which took around 90minutes. I'd say the room needs to be remodeled. Except for the room condition, everything was fine. The swimming pool was very clean and the sauna was a great place. Breakfast was delicious. If the room were remodeled I would like to come again.

Views are amazing, just by the lake, with ability to rent a boat, just great. Rooms are clean and tidy, and we loved the lady by the pool reception and her sleepers! Would recommend overall!

We had our camper for repair and needed a hotel for one night. We ended up in Pirat Hotel and that was lucky❤️ We had such a great time in the pool and the fantastic restaurant at the hotell. (So good, so large portions and absolutely great prices👍🏻) Do not understand why this hotell is 2 star? In our opinion it is at least a 3 star. Our room was a little tired, and so was the mattress. However, the food was very good and the pool, sauna and gym were excellent. The water was great for working out. It's not too cold and not too warm. Perfect for swimming lengths. I'd like to visit Pirat in the summer. It's right on the lake, and there are lots of things to do on the water.

Beautiful place for a wedding. Just next to the lake with amazing views, beach, boats. Close to the city and to the nature. Great service. Really delicious food. Can't say anything about the rooms. But everything else was perfect.

It's more than 3 stars hotel, breakfast is marvelous and services is fantastic and staff are keen and helpful. Very good for families and couples it's very close to the public lake, they have a great sauna with affordable price. Definitely I'll come again. If they'll provide some slippers for rooms it'll be perfect.

The hotel is at a lovely spot, very close to the lake for water activities and also has lots of playground near it. The breakfast was also good and the pancakes weren't too sweet.

Great value for the price. I stayed in a double room for one night while travelling for studies in Olsztyn in March 2025. The location is a short drive from the city center but located right next to the lake with many sports activities accessible. The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and should satisfy any and all. Will definitely use it again in the future.

Hotel was very modern with a lovely restaurant with excellent food. Shower and bathroom were spacious.

I truly reccommend this place if you want to visit and sightseeing the Pearl of Masurien region !

The hotel still needs a bit of an upgrade. But for 3* it's okay. We booked an apartment. Beautiful inside but a bit not happy with the view.

We only went to the water park, it was very good, very fun and clean. The water park is great for families because it has interesting attractions. I recommend going to this water park. But one small problem, the smoke smell outside and inside was very bad to the point I was getting nauseous.

Rooms are bit old fashioned, but the stay was great. There is a pool for the guests and restaurant in the same building, so it's very convenient.

Hotel is located in nice and quiet area away from the center of the city, but reachable by foot in 15 - 20 minutes. Hotel has wide parking for hotel guests for free. Very friendly and nice staff. Good breakfast.

Friendly personnel - not everybody speaks good english, but you'll manage. Parking, good breakfast. Somebody's children ran around above our room during almost all first night, we got few ours of sleep. I don't know, if it's a problem with poor noise isolation at hotel or poor kinderstube of guests.

Everything was quite nice, the SPA complex was cool. There was an unusual smell in the room throughout our stay, but it didn't spoil our vacation. The room was nice and cozy.

First of all as a guest you have 100 minutes to spend in basen, which is small but nice and adjusted for kids. The room was clean and nice, no any noise at night time, the breakfast was good!

Great location and friendly staff. We took the cheapest room, very tiny, but have you seen rooms in France?) Although batteries in bathroom are not working so we were not able to dry our clothes after swimming pool. But overall experience is good. It’s visible that the owner trying the best to run this place. We appreciate that :)

Beautiful location, amazing service, views out of this world... Food - local, fresh and amazingly prepared. (Pierogi - you won't regret!) Absolutely recommend, they provide lots of different kinds of entertainments, sauna, sail boats. If you are looking for a homy, sweet place for a getaway in Mazury, that's where you should head to :)

The room is not very good, even we can hear our neighbors doing something. Poor facilities inside rooms. But outside the hotel, it's quite good view, you can have a spa and sauna by the riverside.

To balance my previous review which ended up with 6. a more objective number would be around 7.5-8 for that period of stay.

The staff was friendly and nice. We arrived late in the night and they had prepared snacks for us (we missed our supper). Also if you have special diet(no gluten,vegetarian etc) ask at reception and at the restaurant they'll serve special food for you The parking is additional paid (10zl). The room was clean although you can hear other guests in the next door.

Despite an old building it was a nice stay and clean. Most staff very helpful and kind. Parking included in price of hotel stay. Breakfast decent - eggs over cooked and over boiled. Coffee machine needs upgrading.

Very nice hotel outside of city center but close to the lakes. Very friendly staff and very nice breakfast. Rooms were big enough but i wish it would be cleaned more (especially the bathroom)

Small Hotel in Olsztyn, 10 minutes walk from the old town. They do not have staff at reception, they work with a system of codes sent to your telephone, which I found a bit of a nuisance. Room was very wide, with street views. Comfortable bed and correct toilet.

Very nice stylish property, big rooms with all comfort needed and a very professional receptionist ( Katarzyna) who spotted my name and conversed with me in very good Spanish with humor and very focused and personalized efficient service and kindness. Very good breakfast also . Highly recommended .

We stayed here for about a week in November. The rooms have been renovated, king sized bed, very clean toilets / bath rooms. The breakfast has a good variety and was good enough in taste. The service staff were very kind and courteous. They have even obliged to my demand for changing my room!

The hotel is great, the service is perfect, exactly as it should be, the hotel has a very intimate atmosphere, it was not felt that the hotel was very busy. The facility is preserved in the Old Masurian style, which distinguishes them from the other hotels. The lake and forests around the hotel are a real treasure and a paradise for lovers of fishing, water sports and mushroom picking...and if you will have a room with the balcony...lucky you! Dinner 4 people. Pizza and pierogi were quite delicious. Salmon salad was very good. The fish was mediocre, we didn't like it. This place is very nice both on the outside and inside. They also have a nice yard in front of the restaurant. Overall experience was good, not excellent.

I found my stay very successful, great weather, close to shops, close to Lake Niegocin. I occupied a spacious four-person room with a well-adapted kitchen and a nice bathroom, practically new, for the exclusive use of four people.

The rooms and bathroom have been renovated, so they look like new. When we entered it was very clean and tidy. The area is safe and clean. Close to shops and very close to the lake. There was no problem with parking. The owner is very nice and helpful in case of problems. He makes sure there is peace and quiet after 10 p.m. I recommend it to those who want to sleep and relax :)

The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, possible room with kitchenette. The owner is very nice, she informs about local events, which is useful if someone comes to enjoy their holidays. We will gladly come back here next year, to the same place, especially since it is close to everything 😊 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
