Fort Hotel in Warsaw

Terrible place. Definitely NOT recommend to anyone. They charged us in advance, but then they were not even able to provide a room for us. On top of that, they refuse to return the money, so they pretty much STOLE OUR MONEY without providing any service. Those, who actually got a room in there, ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. This place is totally unreliable and people in there are dishonest.

We booked a room 4 weeks in advance to attend a dancing event. Multiple people (including us) were waiting for hours to check in but then there were no rooms available for us any more. Overall the rooms of people I visited are in super bad conditions. Mould in the shower, uncomfortable beds, garbage on the floors.

My worst experience in a hotel.
We had booked 2 rooms through booking and when we arrived the hotel, they told us they have no more room available and they can do nothing for us.
They propose us rooms where construction was being done, no carpet, and dirty. We refused because there was no one to clean up the rooms. The front desk person was new and couldn't help us. She didn't know where we could have breakfast… the organization was not good.
After a few hours of talking, we managed to get only one room. We spoke with the manager the next day at 9 am and got the 2nd room at 11 am.
We had no compensation.

Terrible communication, terrible English level, old and ugly, the only thing that worked properly was the shower.
