Dude at the reception was a young respectless guy. Mumbled and spoke quietly but was upset when I asked him to repeat.
Caught 6 spiders 🕷️in my room before I could sleep. The web was gigantic. Don’t know how many days the place was not cleaned.
Next morning I complained at the reception. Showed the spider video. The lady was friendly and much more professional than the boy on previous evening.
They offered nothing for the inconviniences! No breakfast, no partial cashback….nothing!
The staff was super super friendly and they were all very kind and helpful. They also helped with extending the stay and guiding the courier when we ordered food at 1 AM.
The breakfast buffet is simple but good. The hotel is very quiet, clean and nice. The style is a bit outdated but the bathrooms are great and you have AC in every room.
They surely know how to do their job right. I will make sure yo come back again whenever I return to Warsaw!
